Review: Game Cafe Services, doesn't answer on my tickets, I have submitted 2 tickets so far on a premium account and I got one answer that doesn't help at all. They asked for the character ID and user ID. I answered on everything they asked and I didn't get any help so far. And this support I got, was from a game master that friend of mine private messaged on forums and asked him to look into it. He said he will and then I got the answer on my ticket, after I answered on their questions my friend private messaged the same game master and asked him for help and then he just ignored him and didn't bother to answer on the ticket anymore.My Ticked ID is : [redacted] demand GCS A.K.A NTTGame to restore all the items I lost and listed on my ticket.I buy premiums and NPoints on monthly basis for the last year(s) and on the first time I lost somethng and I need their help, they just ignore me and don't help me in anything.Compare GCS to Blizzard for example, if you lose your items on WoW.. you can get restorations in few hours/days. But in knight online? when a player paying for NPoints and premiums he doesn't get anything back. I think we deserve the minimum.Which is support. I don't want anything else from them except for my weapon and accesories.I listed everything on my ticket. I know that answering on more questions might be necessary and I can answer on everything. I just need to get this support I deserve as a paying costumer.I want my items back. I deserve them.Desired Settlement: As a paying costumer I demand them to restore all the items I lost. I've lost my items only because of their security problems and their seal system issues.I have always been a legit player that doesn't use any kind of cheats or anything like that. I think I deserve a little bit of support and restore to all the items I've lost. This is just frustrating, one day I logged my character and just noticed that all my items are missing. Review: I'm [redacted].I have a character in Knight Online , hosted NTT Game. I have had a problem 1 week ago.They prevent access to my character unjustly.I want to participate the game court but they send automatic replies. Their automatic replies don't solve anything and never give us a clue about the reason of the ban. A 30 day ban might be accepted. The bans which have been carried out so far have not been justice, hence we will not just accept the bans and move on. What can I do for my right to call ? The reason I am writing this complaint letter is that I think the service at NTTgame business is not sufficient enough about respecting/solving customer’s issues.

First of all, I should say, I have tried many ways to resolve my issue including sending tickets to NTTgame’s Game Masters, however all of them were in vain. Although my tickets were written in English, replies from game masters were written Turkish which even my Turkish friends hardly understand because of its bizarre language.

‘’Steam’’ has released one of NTTgame’s game ‘’ Knight Online’’ at January 26th. As soon as steam released the game, as a knight online fan, I started playing. My cousin and I started playing and I reached 80 level without any problems. One month after he started and when he reached 40 level, he transferred gold bars (Game money) via merchant and got disconnected. Many times he tried to enter the game, however, he failed. I was not aware of the situation at that time. The day after, when we tried to enter the game together, we could not, because we realized that our accounts are blocked for no reason. We can easily and proudly say, we have not used any illegal, 3rd party tools programs on the contrary what NTTgame's Game Master’s declare in tickets. Our tickets were closed and they did not reply our questions. Reaching 80 level is not easy in ‘’Knight Online’’ without spending ‘’real ‘’money and I have spent more than 100$ just for ‘’spirit of genie (which helps levelling character faster)’’ for my 80 level character, so I should kindly ask, why would I use any illegal programs? I want you to help me to overcome this issue so I can play ‘’Knight Online’’ again. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I appreciate your help.
