Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am uncertain why there would be any relevance to the statement of NTW not receiving funds for material There was no request on their part Roof work was not completed until the first part of June 2016, as I have time stamped pictures of incomplete roof work on May 30th, NTW claims that I did not provide payment until June 8th, in the amount of $ My initial payment to NTW was on May 12th, in the amount of $(under check #245, which cleared my bank on May 13th, 2016) [redacted] did provide funds for the storm damage However, not all funds were due to NTW because there were personal property items encompassed in those totals NTW indicates in their response, “NTW provided additional statements of pictures and work provided” I would like clarification on this statement, as I do not understand the purpose of this statement I never tried to charge NTW for damages done to my property, I simply wanted them to fix the damages made by them NTW’s itemized invoice for the remaining balance, was emailed to me for the very first time on June 30th Attempts to reconcile the balance via email and in-person, were unsuccessful, due to NTW billing for services that do not correspond with insurance approval and for damages that have yet to be rectified/settled Please note that the last check issued by my insurance for this work was recently issued on August 14th Which demonstrates there was still discussions between my insurance company and NTW regarding this statement of work Regards, *** [redacted]

August 17, To Whom It May Concern; NTW provided services to Jose [redacted] with a signed contract and work authorization dated April 21, On May 5, 2016, approval was provided by the homeowner’s association and on May 12, obtained permits from San Antonio to proceed with repairs to the property and NTW purchased materials and did not receive any funds from Mr [redacted] for his residence, located at Wilson OaksRoof work was initiated on May 15, and completed on May 18, Upon completion of the roof, NTW also initiated additional repairsNTW provided over ten thousand dollars’ worth of work before Mr [redacted] provided a payment on June 8, for $At that time, Mr [redacted] received payments from the insurance companyNTW was informed by the insurance company, [redacted] who provided additional funds to the insured for storm damage(Check dates and amounts are as follows: April 28, for $ 5421.78, April 29, for $ 2261.10, May 2, for $and May 12, for $736.07)Siding was finished on the home and 95% of work completedNTW provided additional statements of pictures and work providedMr [redacted] made a payment on July 7, for $which NTW provided over thirteen thousand dollars’ worth of workMr [redacted] tried to charge NTW for damages we did not do to the property Several attempts were made via email and in person for the remaining balanceNTW received payment on August 18, for $and his last payment of $dated for August 25, When NTW submitted a lien and balance to collections bureau for nonpayment of remaining balance owed, thirteen months later, Mr [redacted] filed a complaint with the Revdex.comWe kept communication open and worked with Mr [redacted] But no response was given

I am rejecting this response because:I am uncertain why there would be any relevance to the statement of NTW not receiving funds for material.  There was no request on their part.  Roof work was not completed until the first part of June 2016, as I have time stamped pictures of incomplete roof work on May 30th, 2016.  NTW claims that I did not provide payment until June 8th, 2016 in the amount of $3500.  My initial payment to NTW was on May 12th, 2016 in the amount of $5000 (under check #245, which cleared my bank on May 13th, 2016).  [redacted] did provide funds for the storm damage.  However, not all funds were due to NTW because there were personal property items encompassed in those totals.  NTW indicates in their response, “NTW provided additional statements of pictures and work provided”.  I would like clarification on this statement, as I do not understand the purpose of this statement.   I never tried to charge NTW for damages done to my property, I simply wanted them to fix the damages made by them.  NTW’s itemized invoice for the remaining balance, was emailed to me for the very first time on June 30th 2017.   Attempts to reconcile the balance via email and in-person, were unsuccessful, due to NTW billing for services that do not correspond with insurance approval and for damages that have yet to be rectified/settled.  Please note that the last check issued by my insurance for this work was recently issued on August 14th 2017.  Which demonstrates there was still discussions between my insurance company and NTW regarding this statement of work.

We were called out to mrs. [redacted] because she had water damage coming in from the rooftop told her that she had a flat roof and they no longer do the gravel tight Roof System anymore told her she needed to get a gable roof system on there we removed the old grab them from the roof and we put on a...

Graco roof system product we had the inspector come out he inspected roofs that everything was dead we informed her though she need to have a better drainage system put on gutters on the roof we only collected $500 down on the roof and she was making $100 a month payment the roof system was supposed to be for $5,800 she has not finished making the payments on there we have gone out twice because of roof leaks which we correct it around we told her the other problem is coming from not having proper drainage on the Roof System that the gutter income tax that she would apply the payment towards the full room she has not did that twice we have gone out there three times already and told her that the insurance company will not pay for the interior damage because it was from previous water damage before we did any work

NTW was informed by the insurance company, [redacted] who provided additional funds to the insured for storm damage. Mr. [redacted] tried to charge NTW for damages we did not do to the property.  Several attempts were made via email and in person for the remaining balance. NTW received payment on August 18, 2016 for $1623.95 and his last payment of $2400.00 dated for August 25, 2016. When NTW submitted a lien and balance to collections bureau for nonpayment of remaining balance owed, thirteen months later, Mr. [redacted] filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. We kept communication open and worked with Mr. [redacted]. But no response was given.
