Nu-Again Deck & Fence Renewal Company

Here is a question for you folks, How is it possible to destroy a cement driveway? Trust me, NuAgain has just done that hands down after several attempts with results of my home is the only driveway that looks like a Zebra with different colored stripes, besides that their over spray took off the finish off the garage door and left black marks on my siding. They refused to correct all issues and refund money paid them,,,,, Need a good Lawyer - HELP

Signed a contract wit this company 4-14-14,they did a poor job and had to reseal my deck twice , in June of 2015, John one of the owners,saw my deck and said it needed to be redone,I signed a contract for yrs,John and company never returned my calls until fall of that year said they were too busy will be first on the list in spring...So I've now been calling since spring of and nobody has showed or returned calls,would like my money back and would go with a more reputable businessWould definitely not recommend[redacted]

New-again was told that we had old sealer on the patio they said no problem that they would put some chemicals on itcame out on a Saturday to power wash my husband call *** and informed her that there was still old sealer on the patio she told my husband that they would apply a chemical over it and it would dissolved and blend in .on the day of the job my husband showed the two guys the old sealer again was told the same thing, we'll put chemical on it and proceeded to do the job when they were finish my husband inspected the patio only the old sealer and oil stain still there they said it would blend in once dry.as for the attempt to fix the problem two guys show up at my house with no phone call prior to coming and said they were here to fix the patio I went upstairs only to return to find them gone I called the office spoke to *** she informed me she didn't know what's going on and would find out and call me back instead *** called my husband to ask when was he paying the balance of the money my husband informed her to speak to *** as I was now trying to work with New Again If nu-again couldn't deliver what was promised then they shouldn't proceeded to apply their sealer without being able to remove or blend their product in, what they are doing is over promising and under delivering
Their brochure is advertisingThey promised like new appearance regardless of condition of pavers, that's the problem we have, New Again wants payment for shoddy work and expect the consumer to accept

We also have the same estimate that also listed on it that we have grease stains your brochure features remove motor oil and other grease stains word for word so since my patio still have all the stains I take it you weren't hired to remove those either so why would your company admit to laying to us about what you can and can't do you have yet to respond to all our concerns that was told to us by your employee that your sealer would blend in once dry and you miss *** also Confirm that to victor please refund our money

I am a repeat customer..I had Nu-Again completely refinsh the deck at our house, when we retired to Oswego in 2013...the warranty was clearly stated as "years on the vericals and years on the horizontals"...and it has been everything statedThree years later, I needed to have the horizontals done (mostly from wear and tear of moving deck furniture, as the verticals still look great....and Nu-Again did a great jobI also hired them to finish the deck that my son and I built at his house in Aurora, years ago...they did a thorough job pressure washing, sanding, and sealing with our color choice...we are all very pleased with the service and the resultsI can highly recommend this company...they are very professional, great on folcalls and scheduling, and their multiple crews for pressure washing, sanding, and sealing are very professional and accomodating to work with the owner, plus the product used is everything advertizedI highly recommend this company and will certainly use them againWayne ***

Nu-Again was in contact by both email and by numerous phone conversations with the customer. The two issues that were to be inspected were inspected in a timely manor. The complaint was not warranted as we were already working on the...

issues. Ultimately, the weed that we pulled out was not warrantied item and the level of the joint sand was installed properly. Please strike this complaint for the records as it is an abuse of the Revdex.com.

- Sand/sealer that is deteriorating to be repaired
- As an alternative to the items above, customer can be provided full refund of payment.

The cracks are properly filled and the suggested way by the customer is improper. Weeds are not guaranteed. Reference the contract.

The workers did an extremely good job of replacing three rotted deck boards, scraping, sanding and staining about 500 square feet of deck. I will use them again,when their three year guarantee expires.

I have reported this company to Revdex.com and I am happy to say our issues have been resolved to our satisfaction.?
One of the owners came out and he had our concerns taken care of.

Last week I submitted a review with a negative outcome for a job left unfinished. Since that time, the NuAgain guys came out and finished the sealer in question. The work is now complete and the issue has been resolved. Thank you

We hired Nu-Again of St. Charles IL to paint our deck in the summer of 2014. Despite promises to the contrary they:
• Failed to pound in nails
• Left trash in our yard
• Were rude to my daughters
In March 2015 we saw that much of the deck stain had worn off. I called and was told someone would be out to review the situation. 6 weeks and several phone calls later the owner, Nate, came out. Nate acknowledged the worn stain and the nails and said they a crew would be out in a few weeks to take care of it. This would, Nate said, include power washing and restaining. I showed Nate that we had painted the rail tops and benches ourselves since they were last there and that these areas should not be touched. I was further told, by Nate and Catherine (who worked very hard on our behalf) in many phone calls, that I would be called 24 hours in advance of the crew's arrival.
There is much more but Revdex.com limits space. Stay away from this company.

Nu-Again came out to my home the first week of June and power-washed and stained my deck. I also had to have a few boards replaced. They were very professional, they explained everything they were doing and it looked beautiful when they were finished. Catherine in the office was very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for deck restoration.

Nate and his professional staff have an attention to detail that is unsurpassed by any other deck company out there. I am extremely particular and always double check any work being done to my house, ( I have to because I'm not a millionaire and I can't afford to pay somebody x2 to get it right.)
