I was promised a refund of $200 and never received said refund.On 1/31/13 I paid $200 to NuAge Marketing Firm for Vendor Booth rental for the Christian Business Expo. I was notified via email on 6-28-13 that the event had been cancelled and a refund was to be issued no later than 7-31-13. On 8-6-13 I notified [redacted] of NuAge Marketing that I had not received the refund and received a response that there were financial difficulties and was assured the refund would be issued no later than 8-31-13. Ms. [redacted] stated "that's a guaranteed date." I still have not received the refund, and tried several times to call Ms. [redacted] and emailed her again on 1/1/14 but have never received another response.Desired SettlementFull refund of the $200 fee paid as promised. I believe interest would be appropriate as it has been more than a year past the "guaranteed" date, but I am willing to accept the $200.
