I rented a car from NU Car rentals in San Diego through the *** travel website. The date of pickup was Aug. 16, 2019. I arrived at the airport rental facility and called the NU Car rental office for the pickup van. When the van arrived, the driver handed me a copy of my rental agreement with a sticky note with contact information for Kaleigh, who was the manager of the office. He said that they did not have a car available, and that I should go to *** car rentals, rent a car, and that Nu Car rental would pay the difference. I went to *** and rented a van, which was the best option, since they did not have SUVs available (the NU reservation was for an SUV).
Before leaving San Diego, I stopped by the NU office and gave Kaleigh a copy of the *** rental agreement. She said that she would process the reimbursement and that it would should arrive in the next couple of weeks. When the reimbursement did not arrive after a couple of weeks. On Sept 3, 2019, I called Kaleigh. She asked me to resend the paperwork, so I texted her copies of the NU and *** rental agreements, along wiht the original sticky note with her contact information. She said that that the reimbursement would be processed and I should have the check in a few days. On Sept 9, 2019, I texted Kaleigh, and she said that the check was mailed the previous Thursday, A check did not arrive on Sept 11 or 12, so I texted her again, and have not received a response.
Because I got no response, on Sept 15, 20019, I called *** customer service to see if they could help resolve the issue. Their agent called and talked to Kaleigh. She again asked for copies of the documents I had already texted to her. She said that NU/LFast Track rental would send a check for the reimbursement, and that it would take two weeks to process. I have still not received the check for the promised reimbursement.

We are not sure who instructed you to submit the signed final rental agreement and documentation to Kaleigh at *** Car Rentals, as that is not the correct protocol. The documentation should have been submitted directly to NU Car Global Reservation Network, which is our office.
Once we receive the documentation from you, we will advise *** Car Rentals that we are in receipt of the items needed to reimbursement and will proceed with it issuing it according to protocol.
Our apologies for the misinformation you were given. We look forward to getting this matter resolved quickly for you.

I called NU Car rental reservations in early September after I was told by San Diego Nu/*** car rentals that a reimbursement check had been sent, but never received it. The reservations agent said that I would have to work with the local NU rep (Kayleigh) to get the issue resolved.
It's hard to understand that the NU Car rental corporate office and the San Diego office cannot resolve this issue and send me the reimbursement check. It appears that they are continuing to stall and not send the reimbursement check, as promised multiple times by Kayleigh at the San Diego office.
If NU Rental is serious about resolving this issue and sending a reimbursement check, then they should confirm the date it was, or will be sent, how it was sent (sending it by registered mail to ensure it arrives), and provide that information to me and the Revdex.com. Based on my experience with this company, they will not honor their commitment and will continue to stall.
