Review: I have been trying to cancel my pharmacy card "[redacted]" for the last 2 months. When I call the member phone number (###-###-####) no one ever answers the phone. The voice message says in order to cancel you must mail the billing department and that the billing department address is on my prescription card. The address is not on my card. I have left numerous voice messages requesting to be called so I can get the billing address. No one has ever called me back. I also looked on their website and the billing department address is nowhere to be found.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount I paid for the card from 7/**/15 to the present. I would like my account to be cancelled.
I had the same thing through the company and did eventually get the pharmacy card canceled. But I am still having trouble cancelling the life insurance and the other benefit I signed up for (it was a 3 benefit package). I continue to be charged $59.10 a month for benefits I don't know details about and wish were cancelled.
