A representative of Nuera Telecom called me, and told me that they have a good rate of cents to Nigeria, no any other charges will be included, and I will get free minutes promotional bonus for monthsThe representative also told me that I have to give him my credit card information in order to activate a set up an account with them, he collected my name, address dob and told me that the money will be credited back into my account within hours which is not trueIts been days now, my account is yet to be creditedI was sent a bill and the rate on the bill was cents per minute not centsBeware of this company, they are fraudulent, and deceitfulI have called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the amount chargedConsumers beware of Nuera Telecom
This company is the worst in international calling. They told me that the rate to Egypt was going to be 6 cents per minute. When I I received my bill, there were so many extra charges that never mentioned. When I called and complained, they removed the extra charges. However the rate has changed from 6 cents to 10 cents. When I called to cancel my service, they told me the refund of my deposit money will take 120 days from the cancellation date. This is a bad company, please don't deal with it.
