letter have been in the home improvement business since I have operated my own business since and I have run the operations of some of the largest home improvement companies in the nationIn that time I have the experience of dealing with extremely high volumes of customersWith that I have gained valuable experience over my career and if I was involved no matter what the issue was, have been blessed by the ability to solve, would love to say all but will go with almost ( [redacted] made it to you so all would have been wrong) almost all customer relation issues before they made it to your service as a complaintthank you for your service to the consumer and business alike.In addressing these matters I look past today and look at what the potential costs are financially as well as the cost on our minds and spirits and then try to figure out the best course for all parties involvedI utilize the thought process that you have to remove the negative emotion that anger and hate that fuel these disputes must be removed right or wrong it did not matter and still does not matterWe have handled our customers and found ways to settle even the most difficult of consumersoffer fair resolution with every offer of resolutionI have left behind the emotions that are so often utilized to drive these situations further than they need to go and do not allow pride or principle to guide me into any battlesI can say that a Revdex.com complaint has never occurred in any of personally owned operations and have managed to keep cases out of the legal system as wellIt matters not who is right or wrong when the costs to both sides out way the rewardIn this matter I can tell you quite confidently that have offered directly to [redacted] the only offer l am willing to make it is either foundation or are not fact based but do not believe [redacted] to be dishonest, I believe [redacted] believes himselfThat does not mean he is right in his claims eitherHis brief and very well written complaint contains no fact, in the end he is building off the very footer and work we completed and he is and will be spending nothing more due to our workmanship of our causeWe caused no additional work for him and we did not do improper workHe is not out any money he has lost nothing, For us we are absorbing actual true and documented financial loss in regards to the failure to pay labor bills due and placing stop payment on labor payments made, failure to reimburse for equipment used on his project, over in actual losses to our companyWe are a small business and that loss has caused tremendous sufferingTo our company this loss has been overwhelming and we know we have not yet felt the full ramifications of this financial loss to our companyVery few contractors in this nation could overcome that actual loss and stay in businessTo weather this storm and make a future for our company after the hit we have recently endured will take our complete focus and creative leadership.We have endured the struggle of startup and the learning curve of gaining experience, the pains of growth, we have put our blood, sweat and tears into this company and [redacted] ' actions have placed our company in jeopardy and we have endured a remarkable hardship due to this action by [redacted] That does not mean by any means that if it becomes necessary to fight and claw our way to victory in the legal system because of this dispute that we won't or can't as we will, we will not let this despair and this devastation hinder the protection of our company and our family because someone has never had to and does not like to accept that he is wrong.Even with the emotion and the want to be right and victorious and the want to go for the win that we feel, we see that walking away is the best thing for our company and its people and [redacted] [redacted] should have been more patient, he should have been more open to the reality that we were not at fault for any of the delays we would still be building on his project now had he been more fairNone of this should have or needed to happen, we did not choose to be impatient with [redacted] at all not once during the countless number of times his faults delayed this project and caused us to adjust our scheduleWe did not cause problem for [redacted] when in fact [redacted] and the portions of the work he was responsible for caused delays in excess of months and added labor, material costs and equipmentI am acting and offering and following the advice of my lawyer and I have been, I responded to [redacted] personally, have responded in the same manner to his complaint on [redacted] and will respond the same to you, the Revdex.comNo matter how this goes [redacted] ' garage will be constructed off of and will be spending the next years on the very work we did [redacted] was shown patience with every delay he caused in the project, the problems, the issues, the incorrect information, the lack of specific information the misses, all the problems and the aspects under his control, we kept a positive attitude and overcameThe very information necessary to start the project as was agreed came in over months late and we exercised patienceIn regards to work that was to be performed by [redacted] , [redacted] had been provide detailed, easy to follow and simple directions with Very understandable details and specificationsIt was clear the tasks he had accepted and was to performin the end he failed to perform the work he was to do to the standards set forth arid caused additional delays and increased costsThe irony is that it is the direct result of the failures of [redacted] to fulfill his obligations that have caused the very problems for which he is complaining now.It could be said that it is utterly ridiculous for anyone to ask for us to allow someone to build off and complete the work off the very work we are accused of doing wrong, loose $plus real dollars on the project and then offer to pay a dime to settleWe make only offer, only this offer, [redacted] can walk away from the money he owes our company and we will walk away from the money he owes out company and we will all save years of stress and money.We could overwhelm you with paper work and copy of emails and all the proof to validate and substantiate our case, it will contain no what the dollar signs read, we do not believe [redacted] understands just how badly he wants to avoid the legal system with this case, the costs of tire, energy, it will change your life battling
