Fraudulent Company
This company offers samples to try their products and after I received them decided I didn't like them and didn't reorder anything from them. When I got my credit card statement I had several charges from them for full sized products that I didn't order. I called them and as the previous customer stated they said I had a subscription to them, which I never approved, and since I kept the samples for over 14 days they charged me full price. I told them I would send the samples back but they didn't want them and I also said I wanted a refund; they said they couldn't do that. So I called my credit card company to cancel my card and told them the business is a scam and I'm not going to pay their charges to me. The card was cancelled and they are disputing with Nu Glo the charges. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!

Terrible Business
This company is not honest and I am disappointed with their shady practices. In July I ordered Nu Glo just to be used one time I didn't sign up for a subscription and yest they added on 2 other items I didn't order charged me for them and refused to refund me my money. I called them and indicated what happened and was told that the order was already shipped so there was nothing they could do but moving forward I will no longer be charged since as indicated I don't have a subscription. This month August they again charged my card for products I never ordered even though they know that I don't have a subscription so once again I called and spoke to a customer rep who was not helpful in the least so I am out of pocket and they refused to assist in any way terrible business would not recommend at all.

Be Extremely Cautious With Ordering From This Company!
I received a notification from my credit card company that Nu-Glo tried to put an additional charge through on my credit card. My credit card company denied the charge and I notified Nu-Glow immediately that I did not order or receive anything from them. However, they continued to try to charge my credit card subsequent times without my consent. This is a terrible way to do business. I notified them again of not receiving any product and that to cease charging me for something I did not order. They have failed to comply thus far.

I received a letter from you on Dec5th without any attachments so I'm not clear on what Ms [redacted] wrote However our records indicate that shepurchased products from us that were clearly marked as auto shipments Wesent her the auto shipment as described on both our website and ON THEINVOICE with her first order She did not cancel the order as required.She refused the shipment when it arrived at her house, when we got theproduct back we refunded her charges less the shipping fee All of this wasexplained to her when she called.As far as we're concerned this matter is closed[redacted]

Review: On July 20, 2014 I ordered skin products from Nu Glow Skin Care.com. They put me on auto ship with the next shipment to go out on Sept 20, 2014 (60) days. I accepted and paid for the first shipment. On Sept 6,2014 I called and cancelled the next order. I was told I was taken off auto ship and It would not go out later that night. I went on line to be sure it was cancelled. It showed a shipping date of Sept 6, 2014. I tried to cancel on line and thought I had successfully cancelled. Sept 10 the shipment arrived at my house. I told the postman to mark it refused and return it to Nu Glow. He did. I received a credit of $[redacted] but they had charged me $[redacted] and [redacted] for shipping. I called the at least twice to get the shipping charges refunded. They say that because I went online the automatically sent it out the next day. They admit they cane see in their system that I called on Sept 6 to cancel but they still refuse to refund the shipping charges. Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the shipping charge service the order was cancelled.
