Review: I have made this purchase for a friend of mine. Who ended up going in January 2013 and was only allowed to do the consultation but not to receive any treatment at that time. He was evaluated by [redacted], who actually gave him a card and told him that he can contact her to get the treatment when he is back in the country (because of his work he travels abroad). We tried to make an appointment and follow the recommendations that his doctor recommended of 3 times/ week. This is what we were told, that she was not aware if the voucher was redeemed or not. She is only allowed to scheduled groupon patients only once a week and only on Monday because of the new doctor does not like to have them around when he is there, the name of that doctor is Dr. .This option only work for very mild hair loss and is very ineffective for significant hair loss which require treatment every other day or 3 times/ week.We resorted to groupon to solve the issue, the response was that the voucher was redeemed . [redacted] said that they should contact her to verify the information which they never did. The voucher was redeemed meaning they already got the money and have refused to provide the service the proper way 3 times/ week. That frequency was provided before and I was able to get that option in the same office. At this time my friend has already started treatment in another doctor office where they are able to provide the treatment as recommended by his treating doctor. I would like to have my money back from this office, they had provided no treatment to him and they are denting that. If he was offered that by their worker it should be honored. The treatment is really poor and that is not a location to continue to deal with if they are allowing selves to take money then refuse to provide those services. I am not sure who is responsible for this but if they are not able to keep up with the patient load coming to them they should never advertised something they are not offering.I would like to be refunded back my money I paid which is $299. Thank yuou.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back in a form of a check or back to my credit card. my friend was not able to get the service yet they cashed the voucher already. that is not appropriate to take someone's money and not provide service. if they are not providing the service, we need our money back. I will also report this to the medical board for unethical standard of practice

Review: I am writing to you requesting help on dealing with this place and getting my money back. I bought a voucher from groupon for laser hair regrowth treatment. I have used this service before and it gave me good results. So I bought a second voucher for my brother. He went for the intake appointment in December 2012 but he was not able to start the treatment due to the nature of his work and he had to travel overseas. The worker there, [redacted] told him to just come back when he can to use it.

While I was aloe to use the treatment as physician suggested 3 times/ week, he went back mid-2013 to start his treatment but he was told otherwise, he was told that he is only allowed to get treatment once a week. The reasoning given was that they have a new doctor now and he would only allow “people with vouchers” to use the laser treatment only once a week.

I contacted groupon to get help dealing with them, they did nothing .

So now I am writing to you ho[ping that I can get help in dealing with them and get my money back. They got the money and refusing to provide the service. Or actually they are offering service that will not make any difference for the hair loss. I paid 299 and I would like to get my money back. It has been very difficult dealing with that office.

My next step if this does not work is to submit a complaint to office of professions on the two doctors in that office and get that office investigated. Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: full refund in the amount of $299 for the service we never received yet they took the money already.
