I've had my [redacted] Certificate for almost 2 years and despite multiple attempts to contact them, all have been unsuccessful. My Coupon is guaranteed NOT to expire.

I purchased a [redacted] voucher to have my truck detailed. After the point of purchase, Nu Image informed me that it would take 2 months to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Nu Image cancelled due to rain. I have tried several times to reschedule, but Nu Image will not return any of my messages. It is impossible to talk to anyone by phone. It directs you to email them. I have had a couple of email replies from "[redacted]." No reply now for over a month. [redacted] reimbursed me for the purchase in the form of "[redacted] Dollars."
