years ago we had our kitchen cabinets done by Nu Kitchen and floorsUpon work being completed I called location in Tustin to inquire if they would come out to check the work doneThey didn't come outNow our cabinet are sagging and my husband has tried getting in touch with Elias, the owner to inquire if the can fix it or at least provide us with manufacture so we can fix them ourselves but he keeps avoiding usI guess we should have ask to see their contracting licenseExpense lesson learned

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [This response by NU Kitchens is not true or correct I have paid NU Kitchens for the cabinets Again, we hired NU Kitchens in June and as of October, I still did not have our correct cabinets and the cabinets were not complete, the cabinet issues remained NU Kitchens installed the wrong cabinets from the start, and never did install the correct cabinetsNU Kitchens failed to provide the cabinets per our plans and specifications NU Kitchens blaming the manufacturer for their mistakes is incredible When I asked NU Kitchens to explain why we owed more for the cabinets when we had already paid, NU Kitchens refused and said' "No, we dont' do that" I was compelled to hire another contractor The CSLB found enough evidence of violations and forwarded my case to Inspections department The CSLB hired an industry expert to come and inspect the job The expert came out, inspected the work and did not approve the work The CSLB issued a report and found that the work: Does Not meet accepted trade standards for good and workman-like construction....The report identifies complaint items and found the items failed to meet accepted trade standards, and/or failed to conform to plans and specifications The CSLB expert estimates the approximate cost to correct the cabinet work listed to be: $5, The CSLB is still investigating this matter The CSLB complaint number is SF 2013- I will be happy to provide the Revdex.com with a copy of the CSLB's "Report of Inspection and Estimate" so that the Revdex.com can see the facts of this matter for themselves At the very least, NU Kitchens owes me $5,dollars as determined by the CSLB expert report Regards, [redacted] ]
