Review: July 17th around noon I brought my 2014 jazz blue, [redacted] to be washed. After it was completed I drove into the next parking lot to thoroughly dry it. When drying it I noticed a scratch on the driver side door.I can assure you this was not here prior to entering the car wash. I was upset, got back in the car to head back to Nu Look at this time I realize the door is not closing completely. Now I am a little more than upset, I am angry. I returned to Nu Look requested to speak to the manager and waited patiently. I did wait longer than I feel was necessary there were no other customers here at the time. The manager appeared and became confrontational immediately. He proceeds to say how does he know it happened here. I explained to him because it was not here prior to my visit within the last 10 minutes. We went back and forth he decided to view the tape he concludes it is not their fault. I ask to view the tape he informs me customers are not allowed past this point of entry. I am sure if a customer is invited by the manager, the customer is allowed past the point of entry he is referring to, especially if you wish to prove your innocence.

He states it's not his F [redacted] problem. We continue to argue, realizing this is not productive I decide to leave. I then bring the car to a local body shop to see how and why the door is not closing completely, it took a little time but he figured it out. He noticed there was also some scratches inside the door leading him to believe the door was pulled open to far, and the hinges are bent. We also believe when an employee noticed this occurring they immediately pushed the door forward causing the scratch on the outside of the door as well.Desired Settlement: This was caused by negligence of an employee while vacuuming the car with door open and the car rolling. The damage that has occurred is a factory installed part, that will need to be replaced or repair by [redacted]. The car wash company is responsible for the damaged that occurred.

Review: I went to my regular car wash place, "Nu-Look Car Wash" on June 28th this year. I've been going to this place for years getting both of my vehicles cleaned there. On June the 28th I went to get my 2001 Ford Focus cleaned. Now before they actually do the exterior cleaning they open the doors to clean the inside of the car. Before they could even open doors, I unlocked all my doors but I only opened the rear drivers side door myself because I had to put my daughters basketball in the trunk so they can clean the inside of the car thoroughly. When I opened the door it opened fine just as it always had. So I got out of the car and went inside of the building to pay for the car wash, and then I came out to the other side of the car wash to where they finish drying the car off. One of the workers yelled out, "The door won't shut." And I said, "Well what happened, what you mean it won't shut?" So the other worker hit the unlock button and then he was able to close the door. Then I took a look at my car and noticed that the door handle on the rear passenger driver side was broken. And then I said, "Let me speak to the manger. The worker said, "He's not here today. [Gave me his card from the car wash}. "Save the receipt, thats proof you was here, and call the manager on Tuesday."

So Tuesday gets here and I call the manager and he tells me to come by that day. So I left work early and took the car by the car wash and spoke with him. He took a look at and said, "I saw everything on FILM because they have cameras. I have to talk to the owner."

On Wednesday, the manager called me and said, "The owner isn't going to do anything with it. It's 13 years old and they have to open the door to vacuum the car." I said, "The worker used excessive force because it was the end of the day and he was rushing to get home." And I said, "I will report yall to the Revdex.com." He replied, "Do what you have to do."Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the door handle and the cost to install it since they broke it. The door handle is $20 and the labor cost is $105 plus tax.

Review: I took my vehicle to this car wash. It is one that you are not in the vehicle at the time. ( they drive it thur). When the vehicle came out the was a scrath on the exterior paint. When I question it. They said it wasn't them. It had to present before hand which it wasnt. I asked the for the manger who came out and repeated the samething. Previous to the wash I purchased a booklet with several washes. I requested a refund but I was willing to pay the on I just at. He was unwilling and walked away.Desired Settlement: Nothing just needed to vent
