This customer needs mental help. Myself and my crew went to his house to perform warrant work several weeks ago which included fixing a small crack in top corner of the driveway along with two cracks on a sidewalk and step in the back yard. We began saw cutting at the driveway...

crack and he told us to saw cut a control joint on the opposite driveway corner.  I said we were there to fix the warranty work only but if he would pay my guys ten or fifteen dollars for the non-warranty work he wanted, that we would be glad to do it. He said I am not going to pay you anything for the control  joint - just do it.  I said again, the control joint is additional work and I myself am not asking for our normal charge which would be fifty dollars, just give my guys a few bucks and we will do it. He again said he was not going to pay for the extra work. He then went over to a spot in the middle of the driveway and pointed out a few small spots that looked like it was a little spalled.  I said I can fix that with our 5000psi concrete resurfacing material.  He said no to my standard fix for chipped or spalled concrete and then said he wanted a new driveway. I again said I can fix the small spots you pointed out with our resurfacing materials but I am not going to re-pour your driveway.  He then went into a tirade and said to all persons present that he was going to go up and down the block and tell everyone what terrible concrete company we were. He did exactly that which almost cost me a job I was about to do down the street. I have witnesses that will testify about his bad boy contentious behavior which I could see no way to resolve or please this man whatsoever. By this man going up and down the street defaming and attacking my reputation and slandering my name, he has libeled himself and I intent to file a legal action for his false and accusatory slander.
