Nu-Look Dry Cleaners

Review: The customer service is HORRIBLE. I dropped off my dress undamage. I check the dress before I left my house and check my dress at the cleaners. I laid the dress across the counter at the cleaners with the one of owners (man) watching. There was no stains. NO DAMAGE.

They call me the next day (8/28/14 @ 9:47am) saying the front of my dress is faded. I go to the cleaners after work. I have a big white stain on my royal blue silk dress I purchase from [redacted]. The husband lies and says I didn't lay the dress out on the counter and check it. I told her that I did and there was no stain on my dress when I dropped it off. I told her she needed to pay for my dress because when I drop it off here they are responsible for it and she needed to pay for my dress. She tells me they can't do that and walked away from me.Desired Settlement: Payment for my dress

Review: I bought my items to the cleaners for alterations and alterations were not the way I wanted it so I ask for refund and Lady slamd my clothes on the counter . look like the clothes were never touched and I was charged $45.00 for three pants alterations up which I thought was too high so I ask for refund and she told me no ,so I and I ask for the manager or owner and she told me she didn't know its you to know.Desired Settlement: I want a service that right or a refund
