I've contacted GreenSmoke (NU Mark LLC) offers a "recycling program" where users can send their empty e-cigarette cartridges to the companyI've contacted them five times to follow up on when they are going to send me the return label to send the cartridges back, but have not yet received the labelThey had promised to credit my account with "points" for the inconvenience, but have failed to do soI called them today to ask to speak with a manager to find out when they are shipping the label, was put on hold, then disconnectedAccording to the company's website and employees I've recently spoken with, the company still offers recycling (https://www.greensmoke.com/advantages/recycling.html), and at this point I am very frustrated that I have to put so much effort into trying to get them to credit my account with the points they owe me and send

Product has greatly diminished with new cartridge packagingPrice increase for a now inferior productCartridge material peels, flavor is weak, and strength is reduced by approximately 50%
Failure to fulfill monthly reoccurring order
As a customer since Dec 2010: Since Altria purchased Green Smoke their service has degraded and they appear to hide behind marketing claims and deny or lie when challengedTheir marketing was always over-stated, when put to the test it fails miserably.....there was a time when marketing of this nature was illegal
As a long term Altria shareholder this is disappointing From a business ethics perspective I will most likely sell my position in MO
