I am writing in response to your letter of March 6, and *** *** *** complaint regarding expedited shipping of orders placed with Nu Mark LLC (Revdex.com Case # ***).We have thoroughly reviewed our interaction history with Ms*** Through this review, we have confirmed that
there were three occasions when Ms*** ordered *** e-vapor products from us, selected expedited delivery, and subsequently contacted us because the delivery time of her order did not meet her expectation of the shipping service she selected Nu Mark takes pride in providing a good customer experience to our e-commerce consumers, and when our consumers do not have a good experience we work to make it right On each occasion when Ms*** contacted our Customer Service department (including regarding her order in early March), we either refunded her shipping costs or offered her free expedited shipping on her next order Our customer service records indicate that these steps were satisfactory to Ms***.Given this consumer’s experience, we are also re-evaluating the shipping information on our e-commerce website to help ensure our consumers understand when their orders will ship and when they should arrive
