Complaint Information:
We are a wheelchair rehab company, it takes a good to days sometimes to get approval for partsThe parts did come in we called customer assuming all the parts were in the box but manufacture left a few componates outSo we called customer and had to cancell and reshedule new serviceWe wereactaully able to go out the next day with pasrts we located in our buildingThe customer was servied on 5/the next day

The chair was repaired and put in a condition it could be used on Friday Sept after waiting since around Memorial DayEven though this problem was resolved, I want to make you aware that it
took months for leg rests and joystick to be repairedDuring that time, I suffered both physical and mental duressI hope that this situation will not happen again.Thank you for your help
