Yes I recently had a open complaint with the Revdex.com on the APtoothpaste I just received an email saying the complaint was closed due to non response just received the email today saying that it is closed however the lady from the company has not message me back in A-day or the issue is still not resolved in a still and open condition I am waiting to hear back from the lady from the company as of today.This is the 1st message that I'm saying about this matter however this is not been resolved the issue is still open and I am waiting to hear back from the company.Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern: My name is Rodney D*** and I’m an employee for Nu SkinBrian M*** is my boss and has asked that I follow up on complaint #***. The complainant, *** ***, responded to the Revdex.com on January and said that she was not satisfied with Nu Skin’s response. Nu Skin would like the Revdex.com to know that *** has been in contact with my team and she asked for additional refund amounts because of her experience. Nu Skin took care of this matter on November 16, 2017, and notified *** that her request had been granted and the matter was being taken care of
* responded and said she was satisfied and we considered the matter closedThe company sent an additional e-mail to her on November 21, just to make sure she was satisfied, but we did not receive a response. Nu Skin would like to make note of this on this for the complaint that she did say the matter was resolved and she was satisfiedWe have not received any additional details or complaints from her to state otherwise. I tried to update the complaint on the Revdex.com’s system, but as this complaint was closed, I was unable to add an additional response. Please let me know how this can happen or what I can do in order to provide an update to this complaint so it doesn’t look like *** wasn’t satisfied and the company did nothing to make this rightWe went above and beyond as usually to make sure *** was satisfied with the resolution.
