Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: 1 we were not told about the sensors until after the windows and doors were installed after they put one sensor up then they told me they weren't suppose to do that.
2 we weren't told about the missing door until I had paid the deposit and then we were told the next day. 3 I never told them I was happy with the bid. 4 I didn't except the check return because I didn't believe him. 5 When I was called by the owner and told him my complaint he said he would talk to the salesman and call me the next day which he never did. If he thought I wasn't happy then he should have come over and talked to me and if we couldn't work it out then he could have refunded my money. 6 . we kept asking why our bid wasn't broke down and they never responded even in there respond to the Revdex.com. 7 if they would have broke down the bid like we had asked then we wouldn't be doing this because he would have found his error. 8 I never refused to pay them until the owner showed up because they came over the next day after installation was done. 9 After they told me they wouldn't do the sensors then I called the alarm people. then the owner said he would pay them. 10 the product was ok but it's not very sound proof. the customer service was really bad. especially from the owner. 11 since we had asked for a bid break down then they should honor their bid that we accepted not the one they used for their bait and switch.Sincerely,[redacted]
