To Whom It May Concern,Ms [redacted] did contact our service department concerning an issue with her vehicle not starting From my understanding our service department sent the vehicle to [redacted] *** Ms [redacted] contacted me on 7/20/and informed me as to what was going on I informed Ms [redacted] that this was the first time I was hearing about the issue I informed her that I was sales manager and I needed to speak with our service manager to get updated on the situation The service manager informed me that it was a module that needed to be replaced This module isn't covered under the extended warranty As per Ms [redacted] 's attachments to this complaint, she purchased a vehicle "AS IS" from our company, however she has the extended warranty offered thru the lender Our service department has went above and beyond trying to help Ms [redacted] as far as towing and diagnostics on her vehicle Ms [redacted] is responsible for any repairs not covered under the extended warrantySincerely, [redacted] Sales Manager

all repairs were covered under warranty when vehicle was in service department for a/c compressor, mechanic found a crack in radiator which was replaced the vehicle wasn't running hot but service manager replaced it to avoid future problems for customer at that time customer said she suspected a transmission fluid leak service manager informed customer that a seal/gasket was leaking warranty declined coverage for seal/gasket customer declined the repair because the cost of repair was her responsibility when the transmission finally went out, the warranty company declined the repair because there was record of the leaking seal/gasket

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:MS [redacted] PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM OUR COMPANY ON 2/15/ ON 2/16/SHE STATED HER VEHICLE WOULD NOT START WE HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED AT OUR EXPENSE TO OUR SERVICE FACILITY THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED SHORTLY AFTER, SHE STATED THE VAN WAS REPEATING THE ISSUE ONCE AGAIN, WE TOWED VAN AT OUR EXPENSE AND REPLACED A PART THAT WAS ON BACK ORDER FROM CHRYSLER TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE THE VAN WAS IN WORKING CONDITION MS [redacted] STATED THE VAN WAS STILL ACTING UP OUR SERVICE FACILITY COULD NOT GET THE VAN TO DUPLICATE THE ISSUE TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WE TOOK THE VAN TO A FRANCHISE CHRYSLER SERVICE CENTER THE FRANCHISE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULD NOT GET THE VAN TO DUPLICATE ANY ISSUES UPON REVIEWING THE INVOICES, COMPARED TO MILES AT TIME OF PURCHASE VERSUS MILES AT TIME OF PICKUP FROM CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP APPROXIMATELY MILES WERE PUT ON THE VAN OUR COMPANY IS CONFUSED ABOUT THAT MANY MILES BEING PUT ON A VEHICLE THE SUPPOSEDLY WON'T START OR RUN.SINCERELY,NUWAY AUTO

I am rejecting this response because: This is not trueThey fixed my car times within a month and it broke down the same day each timeChrysler had my car for days and it start for them and they couldn't find the problem I picked it up and the same day it did not startChrysler now has the van again as of yesterday and it will not start for them as well and they do not know what the problem isAt this point I do not want it fixed so that it can break down againI want a full refund of my money on a car that ran days

I decline because I told [redacted] about this one day after I bought the car. Her al ligation are false. They had to have known upon getting the vehicle that it had problems. I paid for the towing to the shop from my house to [redacted] when the vehicle broke down. I paid $62.00. I will find the receipt and contact for warranty for proof. NuWay only towed the car to their shop because [redacted] said they could not fix it, because they needed the actual key that went to the car. Without that original key, it messed up the module.  [redacted] stated that NuWay should have provided me with the original remote key that went to the van (2007 Chrysler Town and Country). Since they did not do that it messed the van up and they should have purchased the key before selling it too me. This can be verified by [redacted] in D'Iberville MS 39540. I do not feel that they have gone up and beyond to help me. They have sold me a lemon. Even if it was sold as is. By law car lotsbusinesses are not allowed to sale a lemon to a customer.  Then say oh its her problem and she has to pay. I will not pay for something that they should have taken care of. Therefore, I reject their response. It's not solved. I still do not have my van. [redacted] (where they towed it to on their own without my knowledge) cannot fix the van either. I went to the lot ([redacted]) on Pass Road in Gulfport MS. My van was not being worked on. It was just sitting there unlocked. I have a receipt of the money I've spent in rental car fee's and I have to rent it again. MO day because once again my vehicles not fixed nor have I heard from them. MS LINDA,AS YOU CAN SEE PER THE INFORMATION WE SENT TO YOU, OUR COMPANY HAS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SATISFY MS [redacted].  WE HAVE ABSORBED ALL COSTS.  MS [redacted] PURCHASED A VEHICLE "AS IS".  HOWEVER, SHE HAS AN EXTENDED WARRANTY 24 MONTHS OR 24000 MILES.  WE FIRMLY BELIEVE MS [redacted] HAS STATED SHE WILL NOT BE SATISFIED UNTIL SHE IS REFUNDED HER DOWN PAYMENT.  WE HAVE NO INTENTION OF REFUNDING HER MONEY.SINCERELYNUWAY AUTO

The customer brought vehicle to service department and the vehicle was diagnosed.  Some repairs were not covered under warranty.  Nuway Auto agreed to pay for half of the repairs.  The vehicle was purchased with a 2 year warranty. However, no warranty covers everything on a used...

vehicle.  As far as the payments on the vehicle, that is between the customer and the lienholder.  Payments have to be made monthly regardless.

My son got [redacted] by this company. My son is 19 went to these scammers he didnt have all of the deposit so the agreed to allow him to pay money towards the deposit for the car that he chose. Well they only gave my son 30 days to come up with 1500 dollars. They never looked a check stub to verify that he could afford a car. My son gave these people 750 of his money to be told that if he couldnt come up with the my the end of the month he forfeit all of his money to them. Now as a mother I didn't even know my son did this until it was too late I told my son he shouldn't have never put money down on a car to be held because he was never going to have the rest of the money by that time they preyed on the fact that my son wanted a car so bad that they took his money knowing that he wasnt going to make the deadline. I called this company they refused to extend or give him some of his money. I advised people to not give these people any of your hard working money.
