The service provided for [redacted] was on a bi-monthly basis unless there is an outstanding balanceWe do not service if there is more than one service past dueWhen the complaint was made to the Revdex.com the past due services were from 5/31/and 9/26/Payment has been received as of 07/26/Statements had been mailed every month, and we follow up with phone messages when our customers account is past dueI did leave a message that we would be sending the account to collections if payment was not received [redacted] 's account was never sent to collectionsOur service man did the other customers because they were current on their accountsWe are here to answer our phones from 8am to 5pmMonday thru Friday [redacted] did have our phones down for days in July which is completely unexceptable, but I could do nothing about thatThey came out on Tuesday 25th and rewired the utility boxI did call [redacted] and she now understands why we had not serviced her accountWe do appreciate having [redacted] as a customer, but we do not know if someone has moved or if there was some other problemWe would be happy to do service on a regular basis we just can't service account that are past dueThank you, [redacted] ***

I am writing in response to the complaint ID #[redacted] contacted Bugman Pest Control on December 19, 2014 to restart the service at [redacted].Then on December 23, 2014 Joel spoke to Kathy in the office to cancel the service. During that conservation [redacted]...

ever mentioned anything about been dissatisfied about the services. He told Kathy that he was canceling because he could not afford the service.I have enclosed the contract and the cancelation.Sincerely,[redacted]

07/26/17. Statements had been mailed every month, and we follow up with phone messages when our customers account is past due. I did leave a message that we would be sending the account to collections if payment was not received. [redacted]'s account was never sent to collections. Our service man did the other customers because they were current on their accounts. We are here to answer our phones from 8am to 5pmMonday thru Friday.
