This letter is the response to complaint # [redacted] that was submitted on 2/1/18.The complaint states that the customer is disputing damage on an outrigger of a tow behind lift that he had rented on January 31st of 2018.? The outrigger had a dent on it that had occurred while in the possession of the customer.? We thoroughly inspect these outriggers each time the unit is returned from a rental, due to the high probability of this damage occurring and possible safety implications.? We had inspected this unit prior to the rental and once it was returned (when this damage was discovered).I would be willing to work with the customer on the damage by not charging any labor for the repair and splitting the cost of the outrigger.? This would entitle the customer to a refund of $after sales tax.It should be noted that when the customer was leaving our business, I was informed by another customer that someone riding in the vehicle matching the customer's vehicle, was kicking pieces of my equipment that were on display in front of our building.Thank you for your time.? I look forward to resolving the complaint
