Nuage Homes

I bought a house from nuage homes *** I purchased a condominium detached 3 bedroom home on January 23/2017 from nuage homes and put down 30000. Building was to commence Feb/2017 but did not start until April3/2017 and we were not notified. In early May 2017 we asked the builders realtor about cracks in the foundation and at this time the realator said the builder is at the house and met the builder,at this time the builder said be ready next week for electrician to start work and go buy your light fixtures and electric fireplace.0n May 10/2017 the builder said he would repair cracks in the foundation before pouring the garage floor as stated in an e-mail from the builder.0n July 23/2017 we noticed the garage floor was poured and the cracks in the foundation were still there unrepaired,we then took photos as proof.A week before closing on August4/2017 after phone calls to the builders realator the builder finally called us and informed us that the house would not be ready on AUgust4/2017,and new closing date would be AUgust 25/2017. We did not receive this information in writing.We did not receive written notification of a closing date 90 days . According Tarion warranty.On August 4/2017 our lawyer told us the new proposal from the builder. Sept 24/2017 as new closing date. Builder offering deposit back and cancel the deal. We did not agree reason home ALso on AUg 27prices have gone up. That's the reason builder stop building homes hooping for cancelation and he can resale home over 100000 more .also on August our lawyer informed us that the builder has requested that we do not go on the builder property or he will charge us with transposing. The reason for this is the builder does not want us to know what he is not doing in the house. On SEpt27/2017 which was our new closing date we got e mail from our lawyer informing us the house would not be ready on Sept 29/2017.builder not responding lawyers
