than accommodating with any issues that have been arisenPrior to the sale of the vehicle, there was a full disclosure to *** and her father regarding the details of the financing, and were walked through all proper documents and paperwork which were clear in which that *** would be the primary loan holderThe gentleman who did the delivery at the time is no longer working for the company after a thorough investigation was held
The vehicle was safety inspected by a 3rd party reputable repair shop, and even though the tires passed safety we have already compensated *** to purchase a brand new set of tiresLastly, *** was also fully aware of the warranty that was being purchased, a warranty that increases her bumper-to-bumper warranty to match her existing powertrain warrantyAfter *** brought to our attention there was an error in the warranty documents, we have been trying to rectify the situation however she needs to get in contact with us, as whenever we reach out to us she quickly hangs up
We have been in business for 35+ years, have near star reviews on both *** and ***, and this is the first time something like this has been brought to our attention*** has also sent a couple referrals to our company to purchase vehicles because of the "excellent service"I hope this letter is suffice, however if not, please feel free to contact me

Good afternoon,
As discussed in today's conversation, we have been in touch with [redacted] regarding the problems with the 2012 [redacted]. Mr [redacted] brought to our attention that the vehicle was having issues, so we reached out to...

the 3rd party automotive shop that does our Motor vehicle inspections, who said they would repair the vehicle.
When we let [redacted] know, he was not satisfied with the result as the automotive shop as it was too far, and then we didn't hear anything back. We have recently talked to [redacted] and have made arrangements for him to bring the vehicle into an automotive shop which is in closer proximity to where he lives and he was more than willing to go ahead with the work.
