Items I ordered from Nubian Hair Princess Collection arrived 1 day late and because they were one day lat, I no longer needed the items. The item was for a family photo shoot that had already taken place after the item arrived. When I approached Nubian Hair Princess about returning the items for a refund because I could no longer use the items, they instructed me to return the items to a China address. I attempted to return the unopened and unused items to China, however the cost to return the items to China in the manner the business requested far exceeded the $140 cost of the items. I asked the business if I could return the items to them at their address in Portland, OR and the business said the items had to go back to China. The business presents itself like it operates out of Oregan and then ships products from China.When I disputed their business practice and the manner they were attempting to make me return the item, the business sent me some small print on their website that reads some items may ship from China. When I was ordering my particular item, it was not presented to me that this particular item was coming from Chinaand that returns were impossible. Nubian Princess Hair Collection is using deceptive business practices and should not be allowed to present itself as a business operating out of the US if it is shipping a majority of their products from China.

There are also none in our Spam, so I do not know.I spoke to *** on your chat who gave me this email address. We have only had a problem with 1 customer in the past 2-3 years and that is ***. She is dishonest because she filed a false claim with Paypal claiming she never received the goods when she really did. I provided proof of delivery as well as my emails back and forth with her to Paypal and they quickly dismissed her case because of the strong evidence against her to prove her dishonesty.*** has had these goods for months now and her bank just recently surprisingly ruled in her favor although Paypal submitted strong evidence against her. However Paypal did not debit my account because they saw from the evidence that the items were delivered and from the emails she sent to us, she had contradicted herself. At that time, the items had to be returned to China, since we do no accept returns to our USA address and our website had stated that then.Since then, we changed our policy so that returns are only accepted if we sent you the wrong item or if there is a quality issue (which is extremely rare) and we would absorb the cost of the return from our mistake. So if you go on our website now, it will be a bit different than it was when she ordered. Since wigs are hygiene products we implemented this policy because like ***, sadly many people are very dishonest and they want the goods for free, just like she was trying to do.Having said all of this, she now has the goods and her bank has refunded her the money so the only company that is unfortunately at a disadvantage is Paypal because of her dishonesty. She cannot return the goods now even if we were accepting returns under this situation because as you would understand, for a hygiene product, too much time has passed.She also blatently said in an email that she will try to ruin our reputation, when she is the one who filed a fraudulent claim, so that may be the motive here.
