On Feb 10th, we received Ms [redacted] 's order for our day trail of the Digestive Enzyme and our day trial of our probiotic We charged shipping as advertised and shipped the order Ms [redacted] did not cancel her trial before the end of the trial period, which is why she was charged for the remaining productIt is clearly stated in the terms and conditions (Ms [redacted] did a text to order to / from our website and checked off that she agreed to the terms) that you must contact us and cancel before the end of the trial and then ship the remains product back to avoid being charged for it.We ship a day supply with the trial This is enough to cover the first days for free, and then, if the custom does not contact us to cancel, we charge for the remaining day supply Again, the terms were disclosed and Ms [redacted] agreed to them.On April 7th, Ms [redacted] called our customer service line and canceled her account The charge was also explained to her and we sent her a RMA to return the product for a refund As of today.Although we have acted precisely in accordance with the terms, I am issuing a full refund to Ms [redacted] today and we hope that she does the right thing and returns the product Here is the record of her call and the issuance of the RMA:04/07/04:39pm - MI[redacted] - cx called in really upset thet she was charged 69.95, explained that she was charged for the remainder of the trial btl, cx got upset and said that she is late on all of her bills now, offered 40% refund, cx declined and demanded to return the product, verified email and issued RMA, cx understood, call settled04/07/04:31pm By MI[redacted] - Order was flagged as RMA - RMA Number: [redacted]

This customer ordered our trial on Dec 10, He was charged for it, per the terms agreed to on Dec 31, He called and canceled on Jan3, At no time did he ask to ship the product back for a refund We canceled his account per his request The

In checking our customer database, I found an order from someone by the name of *** *** that has the phone number , ***, that you referenced I am assuming this is the same person that filed the complaint based on matching phone numbers and order date of March 1,
although the last names are different We received an order for our day trial from Ms*** on March We filled and shipped that order and it was delivered on March 6th We charged $shipping, as advertised on March 1. Per our advertised terms, you can call or email to cancel at any time During the day trial period, if a customer calls to cancel, we offer them options: Clean cancel in which you return the remaining product (as advertised) and no further charges Early Cancel Save Sale in which you elect to KEEP the product, which is a month supply outside of the days worth of capsules that were free and we charge you $for that entire month supplyNo customer is required to elect the $early cancel save sale and is always free to do a clean cancel and simply return the remaining product (capsules).We regret that Ms*** seemed to have trouble reaching us, as our phone lines are open x We also regret that she seems to have misunderstood the day trial offer terms stated on her order call. Her account has been canceled and the only charge was the $shipping charge for the product

Mr. *** called on Dec 19th, and placed an order for of our day trials One for our Digestive Enzyme and one for our Probiotic On the order call, it is cleary stated that we ship a day supply of each product, which includes the first days of supply free
and then another days in case the customer likes the product and wants to continue using it It is also cleary stated that if the customer like it they do not need to do anything and they will be billed the price of that first months supply, $at the end of the day trail It is also cleary stated that if they are not satisfied, they must cancel before th end of the trial to avoid being charged When placing the order, the customer must agree to the terms or the order will no go through.. Mr. *** did not cancel before the end of the trial, which is why he was charged It is also stated, and agreed to on the order call that we ship monthly until the customer cancels Because Mr. *** had not canceled, we shipped the next supply, and charged for it, on Feb 2, 2017.We did not receive any communication from Mr. *** until Feb 28th, On this date, he calle dour customer service number , canceled his account and was issued full refunds on the products shipped on Feb As of today, Mr. *** HAS NOT returned that product to the Merhcant I have attached the documentation showing the full refunds on the second shipment, which, again, has not been returned to us

We received an order from Mr*** on Feb 22, when he heard our radio advertisement and called in and placed his order We charged and shipped exactly what was advertised and ordered On the order call, it is stated that we ship a count bottle for the
day trial, which is enough for the free days, plus the first month if the customer is satisfied and wants to continue taking the product It is stated that if the customer is satisfied, they do not need to do anything and we will bill them at the end of the day trial, for the remaining capsules and that we will ship each month until the customer cancels.The customer must confirm TWICE on the order call that they understand and agree to these terms.We shipped the 45 count bottle on Feb 23th (USPS tracking number is ***) and it was delivered on Feb 25th We charged $for shipping per the terms stated.Because Mr*** did not contact us per the terms stated and agreed to to cancel before the end of the day trial, we charged him for the remaining capsules on March 15th ($69.95) This amount was stated on his order call.We then shipped Mr*** his next month supply and charged for it on April 8th, again, per the terms stated and agreed to on the order call, as he had not canceled Mr*** emailed us on April 13th and requested cancellation and requested a refund I personally canceled his account on the 13th per his request and emailed him a RMA with return shipping instructions to return the last shipment for a refund.We received the returned product on April 21, and issued a refund of $64.95. We have acted exactly in accordance with our terms stated and agreed to by Mr***

Good Morning: In reference to this Revdex.com Complaint, please note the following: 1.  A full refund has been issued to the cardholder and that documentation is attached.2. It takes at least 24 hours for the order to be loaded into our database, so, if the customer was calling before that...

time frame, the order would not be there.3.  Once we had the order information in our system, the customer did not call back until after she received the product.    Once she received the product, she called us back on Feb 16th and asked to speak to a Manager.   Her account was canceled and a request put in for a manager to call her back, per her request.   4.  Due to high call volume, it typically takes up to 48 hours for a cardholder to receive the call back from the manager.   In the meantime, we have received this Revdex.com complaint and have issued a full refund (documentation is attached).5.  She will receive a call back from a Manager today and will be offered a RMA to return the product that she ordered and that was delivered.Please feel free to contact me if there are any further questions. Jo R[redacted]801-971-1347

Good Morning: This is sent in response to the customer complaint from [redacted].     The details of  [redacted]'s purchase are below:1.  [redacted] responded to our advertisement of our 14 day trial on Jan 5, 20172.  [redacted] placed an order for a 14 trial of 2 differs product:...

 our probiotic and our digestive enzyme3.  Before completing the order, she selected or marked that she had read the terms and conditions, clearly stated.4.  The terms and conditions of the 14 day trial are that you must cancel  your account before the 14 day trial is over (we bill on day 21 to allow 7 days for shipping and delivery to insure the customer has the product for a minimum of 4 days) or you will be charged the full price of the product. $69.955.  We acted strictly in accordance with the terms stated and agreed to by [redacted] when we charged her the post trial product charge for each of her trials on Feb 1, 20176.  Due to receiving this complaint, we have issued full refunds for both of the products, inclusive of shipping.  Ms. [redacted] HAS NOT returned the product. Your system only allowed  me to attach 4 of the reunify documents... there are 2 more.

First of all, this is the first time we have received this complaint.   We respond to all complaints within 24 hours of receipt.I respectfully state that Ms. [redacted] is not correct in most of her information. On Jan 5th, we received TWO orders from Ms. [redacted].  They...

were both 14 day trial offers.. One for our Probiotic ($4.98 shipping and the second for our Digestive Enzyme I$0.99 shipping).  Per the terms stated and agreed to by Ms. [redacted]  on the order call, if you do not cancel your account within the 14 day trail period, we charge you for each product as we send a bottle with enough for the 2 week free trial plus the fist month if you decide to keep it.   Ms. [redacted] did not cancel before the end of the trial, so she was charged $69.95 for each of her first months supply.     Ms. [redacted] did not contact us until Jan 26thstating she had not received her product.    We checked the USPS tracking number ([redacted]) and found that the United Stated Postal Service had not it somewhere, as they never scanned it upon arrival at their facility.    We apologized to Ms [redacted] and offer to re ship it at no cost to her, but she declined, so we issued full refunds.
