NuCare Carolina Ambulance,Inc

Review: On March 1st,2013 I became ill and was driven by my wife to Prime Care on North Point Blvd in Winston Salem,N.C.. Once I was seen by the Doctor it was determined that I was passing a kidney stone and should be taken to Forsyth Memorial for treatment. Do to my condition and the extreme pain an Ambulance was called and NuCare responded, as it was not deemed life threating. The NuCare Ambulance Technicians arrived but were unable to put me on a stretcher inside the facility do to the logistics of the building but instead transported me outside in a wheel chair where they had planned to move me to a stretcher. Unfortunately the Ambulance had a mechanical issue and the Technicians could not get the stretcher lifted into the vehicle. I was asked to crawl in through the back of the vehicle and climb onto the stretcher. Needless to say this just added to my pain. I have called NuCare on five occasions to discuss but no one will return my call.Desired Settlement: BCBS has paid a portion of their bill and I would like the remaining balance waived.
