Review: On August *, 2014 at 8:29am a saleswoman from Nuco Industries called me and told me about some products that was on sale. I had never heard of this company before but she assured me they had a money back guarantee on everything they sell. She also stated that they would not bill me until after September **, 2014 so I would have plenty of time to try the products out to see if they were going to work for us. I ordered 2 gal of oven cleaner, 2 gal of drain opener and 1 gal of cherry reodorizer. I received the bill on August **, 2014 and we received the products on August **, 2014. The box the products came in was not damaged but when I opened the box, the labels on all the chemicals were damaged and falling off. You could not even read most of them. It looked as if they had gotten wet somehow. I was disappointed because I received a bill and I was informed that I wouldn't receive the bill until Sept **. Then when the products were damaged, that was upsetting as well. I decided to give them a try anyways. All 3 products failed to do what they had promised they would do. At this time, I decided to write them an email explaining my disappointment and for them to make arrangements to have the products picked up and cancel the invoice since I was told it was a money back guarantee. I also sent a picture of the damaged products in the email. I wrote the email on August **, 2014. I received a phone call on August **, 2014 from a man representing Nuco. He said he read my email and saw the picture of the damaged products. He stated that no one guaranteed me anything because they don't guarantee their products. He also stated that the products did not leave their factory damaged that way so he doesn't know why they were damaged. He stated that he would send me out some more undamaged products but he expected full payment on the invoice I received. He said he found it hard to believe that the products didn't work for me. I felt he was implying that I was not telling the truth. I told him I did not want anymore of his products because they did not work. I also told him that his saleswoman told me it was guaranteed. He told me that she did not guarantee me anything. He said he was turning me over to collections to make me pay for these products. I informed him that this is not the way to do business and I would be contacting the Revdex.com. He then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: For Nuco to make arrangements to pick up their products and cancel invoice due.

Nuco Industries regrets the Guarantee/Warranty issue between Our company and the Walters Housing Authority. In order to resolve this issue to The Customers Satisfaction Nuco Industries has, as per the customers request, credited out the invoice and issued a call tag to pick up the unused portion of the goods.

Nuco strives for customer satisfaction and regrets the misunderstanding between both parties.
