to immediately withdraw the product from the market and I am discussing this matter with our suppliers to figure out how this came to be. This is a new product of ours (it only touched the market for a month) and so we want to make sure we get to the bottom of why this caused you harm. We are a family run business and to us, we really mean it when we say we want to earn and keep our customers' loyalty and well being. You were kind enough to believe in our product and so what has happened needs to be fixed immediately. Firstly , we apologize profusely for the negative reaction that this may have had on you.  Secondly, I'd personally like to make this right to you. Are you available for a call anytime this week?
