4/13/2015Complaint ID ***Not only did we tell him about the A/C check there is a sign that says A/C check is $ Three people saw him plug in the blower motor Although he didn't INSTALL IT all the way; he did plug IT IN What person would buy IT and not do anything with it- HE IS A LIAR! I have had trouble with this gentleman before; that is why I told him it was going to cost him $if he was guessing. The sign for no refunds is in the store The witnesses all agree with me and he did take it out of the boxAnyway IT Takes two people to make a deal and both have to want to break the deal, not just one. motor; immediately he grabbed the blower motor and wanted to try it to see if that was his problem I said "Wait a minute we don't allow that." If your guessing its going to cost you sixty dollars to find out or we can give an A/C ck which costs $He decided to take the blower motor and take a chance The "Gamble" didn't pay off This is after I waited minutes because we were already closed Then we suggested he try a blower resistor which he did and he came back at begged for a refund which I had told him before he purchased it "that we didn't let people try things out to see whats wrong with their vehicle."He knew there was no refund before he purchased it and inside I have a sign that says No RefundPlease tell this customer that I don't have to give him his money back, specially when I have three witnesses that saw him INSTALL IT

until he started being very rude first with me and he wasnt even try to help. He started talking to me in a ugly manner first so then I got upset and talk to him in the same manner. Also in the message he sent, he is saying that me contact the Revdex.com is a harassment. All I want him to return my item that I bought and I found my receipt.

warrnty if I took it back within 48 hours. Its a shame how we can let these type of thieves just rip people off and send a little kid joking letter to make himself look good for stealing money I want my money back or half since I got a half done job that's all Im willing to take I do have a family at home to feed ,but I dont go around stealing peoples monies like a thief in the night.
