Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that some of the information they have in their answer is misleadingI agree that they have paid over $But to intimate or even insinuate that we are financially "improved" by that amount is false They refunded us money for two house payments that we made (after our closing date)So the money that we were "ahead" is simply the difference in payoff due to two additional house payments being made As an aside, they did not refund us any of the money they charged in closing for their "services"Having said all of this I am tired of this and consider it closed Regards, [redacted]
Nueces Title Company paid two full months of Mr. [redacted] Mortgage payment with check number [redacted] in the amount of $5,286.36, at the time of closing the payoff amount was $193,986.32 after the fraudulent wire case was resolved we received an updated payoff and sent...
$191,832.20 a difference of $2154.12Mr. [redacted] received a proceed check from Nueces Title in the amount of $97,230.76 an overage of $2240.12 from the original amount of proceeds due to him of $$94,990.64.All in all Mr. [redacted] received a total of $9,680.60 from Nueces Title.We have expressed our sincere apologies to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted].

I agree that they have paid over $9000.00. But to intimate or even insinuate that we are financially "improved" by that amount is false. They refunded us money for two house payments that we made (after our closing date).
