I went Maita Subaru to test drive a carI spoke to a salesmanHe asked to see my driver's licenseI thought he just wanted to see that I had a valid driver's licenseThe salesman used his cellphone to take a picture of the front and back of my driver's licenseHe did not ask to take a picture of the licenseI didn't know that salesman was going to take a picture of my license, otherwise I wouldn't have allowed him do that
I can understand why a dealer would want a person's contact information (name, address, phone number) but I don't see any valid reason to take a picture of my licenseSince they now have an image of my license I have concerns about identity theft
Hello ,I am filing a formal complaint against this buisnes .I was tricked into running my credit with a bank of there choice after I had told them not toI brought in my letter of pre qualification and was told it was not valid Then the sales rep said that she had ran it through chase with out my permission I was un aware this was going on until the sales manager had told me I was upset and was about to drive off as he ran outside and stopped me and admitted that they had made a mistake and that he could fix the problem offering to bring the car down 2k more down He wanted me to sign a peace of paper stating that I gave them permission to run my credit and I did not sign it at all I did not give them permission to run my credit wether it was soft or hard credit check so I didn't sign it Very bad service not a professional way of conducting any type of service
I bought a car and can't refinance it due to the cars valueThey overpriced it and ripped me off
