When I was referred to the company I was referred to Nuestro Centro Legal not Law Offices of Iver Bye. After I retained the office I was given a business card from Nuestro Centro Legal not Law Offices of Iver Bye. I believe that the office is trying to get out of any responsibility and now they are making Iver Bye responsible. Both companies are responsible for taking my money and not helping me with my modification. In addition, if the responsibility is with Iver Bye then why is the company getting involved an additional company named United Law One. After not hearing from anybody when I been sending letter and messages left, on 3/2/16 at 4:25 p.m. I received an email from [redacted] with United Law One, telephone number XXX-XXX-XXXX, wherein she was requesting additional documentation from me. When I inquired why was she contacting me and her replied was that it was the attorney I hired. I expressed to Ms. [redacted] that after months from not hearing from them and them failing to do their work, I only wanted my money and a copy of my file back. I didn't hear anything from Ms. [redacted] again. As you can see now Nuestro Centro Legal and Iver Bye are trying to pass [redacted] responsibility to someone else and later on will respond saying that I never hired the company and they have nothing to do with my file. All I want is for them to take responsibility for their actions.
