and happy to say that I just signed my rental agreement days ago I will be moving in my new house on June 15,I have a family of and got a nice bedroom house, i'm happy I came to them and with their help I found the house I was looking for and best of All close to my jobMY EXPERIENCE WAS GREATall I have to say is don't go based on other peoples experience because everyone has different requirements and backgrounds some people have really bad credit, felonies or evictions or no job at all just get goverment money so its harder for them to rent, and expect to rent fastIts hard to rent now in days and owners ask for different requirements some are more strict than others I honestly was afraid at the beginning because I will read good and bad comments of all these offices, but I took the risk and went to nueva era rentals im happy to say I rented with them just wanted to share my experience,
Worst service everOn my contract stated to move in April 1st and all the listings they have gave me are for February and MarchI keep asking for newer and I get same listingsThey just want your moneynot the place to go
kiero compartir esta expererieza para darle las gracias a la compania de nueva era rentals especial mente a costumer service alicia yo tenia bancarrota y era dificil para encontrar propiedades de renta para mi pero la unica 0pcion ke tenia era consultar una oficina de rentas pero lamera verdad ya abia tratado estos medios con otras agencias y solo me davan direcciones rentadas y no meayudavan pero le doy gracias adios k mepuso en esta compania por k gracias a ellos encontre casa de rrenta tardo como 20 dias pero alfin encontre renta con ellos grcias nueva era rentals
Im soo happy and excited that Nueva Era Rentals helped me find a place I was in such short time to move because the owner were I was living sold the house I went to this office and they helped me I only had 2 weeks to find a new place and since I didn't have the best credit ever it was very hard for me to find a place but im soo thankful I went to them they helped me and in 12 days I had my new house the owner of the house was very respectful and understandable I made a month to month contract
I defenetly recommend you this office I had a great experience
I had terrible experience with this company, when we went in and signed a contract with the company we were told that we would get our money back if we didn't rent thru their services. The listings the girl gave us were outdated and didn't meet our criteria. She would send us 3 listings per day and most of them were apartments and townhouses when we specifically ask for single family homes. We ended up finding our own place. We submitted for our refund when our contract was over and it was denied. The contract states that you will get a refund if you don't rent thru their services and you submit proof of that, which we did. In my opinion this company is a rip off.
I can say I was satisfied with the service I got from nueva era rental they helped me a lot even though it was hard to find a place because I had 2 dogs but my agent was always honest on everything and told me the whole process how it was going to be she was really clear and what I really liked was that when my agent was busy there was a customer service to help me I thank god that finally I got a place with my dogs thanks nueva era rentals..
