Had great experience with NuGen when they replaced our roof so much so that we contracted them for a bathroom remodel. They gave me good ideas like relocating the water heater to make an even larger shower and they delivered on that as well. Nugen is a great company and will recommend them for any job.

We had a terrible storm come through and our roof was shot. Had no idea who to call and found NuGen. Soooo glad I did! John and Billie were wonderful. Explained everything and made the whole process super easy. Always available when I had a question. They went above and beyond to see that we were happy. Final result was gorgeous. Deep rich colors to choose from and professionally installed. Thanks guys!!

NuGen has provided such excellent customer service and workmanship. Our HOA was sending letters regarding our leaning fence that had been damaged since a recent storm. Nugen went out of their way to send updates to our HOA ensuring the fence will be repaired as soon as Insurance had approved repairs. The work was quickly done and even when there were issues, Nugen was easy to get a hold of to provide updates and address concerns.

Excellent company to work with. I'm one week, we got a new roof, gutter and full paint job on our home. We are very pleased with the work NuGen performed at our dwelling. They are very professional and honor the clients needs. We will definitely call them for future projects.

We reached out to five contractors and only NuGen delivered in these areas:

Experience: NuGen provided a no pressure first contact, delivering an estimate that remained true through final billing. In the first contact, Mr. *** listened to the problem we had with our new (existing) home purchase and he provide two viable options.

Plan A required some work from NuGen, with no expectations of a contract, Mr. laid out a plan and associated correspondence with external agents that would help us save the cost of replacing the roof.

We had to switch to Plan B, at which point, we informed NuGen we were still pursuing other estimates. No pressure from NuGen. We are grateful for this approach from NuGen.

Decision Making: When it came to deciding on a contractor, the process was simple. This is because the service commitment from NuGen rose above the other's on our shortlist. Service became the most important factor and we chose accordingly. We believe we made the right choice.

Delivery: NuGen promised one and a quarter days to complete the job. We asked about preparing neighbors about the project. Concerns about tarping, masking, and cleanup were also on the table. NuGen informed neighbors adjacent to our home prior to project startup. NuGen wrapped the project in day one. NuGen conducted a thorough cleanup of project debris of our property and neighboring property, to include outreach to backdoor neighbors should any debris have been blown into their properties. In addition, NuGen performed a magnet sweep of lawn and driveway.

NuGen is about thorough and complete planning and follow through.
Mr. *** began with this approach and his team ended with the same.

Great experience all around. The work was great, on time, on budget and they guided me through a complex insurance process. The communication was fantastic and they exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to call these guys for my next project.

Extremely impressed by this company from start to finish on replacing our roof. Anthony did a great job explaining the process and working with the insurance company. He is a no pressure, honest person and that is very refreshing in today's world. The quality and appearance of our new roof is wonderful. The crew that installed did an outstanding job from protecting everything on the ground while installing to cleaning up after. There was not a single nail left in our yard that I could find. Very impressed by this group. We now have many more house projects that we need to complete and plan on using this group again.

They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for all phases of the job. The roof looks great. The gutters and fence are done great. They also had to do some tiling on the pool. All contractors were courteous and worked in a timely manner. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Anthony ran a tight ship and made sure he work was done well. I would hire them anytime. Very well done. Great contractors.

They informed us at every step. They worked with the insurance company on our behalf. In short, dealing with NuGen was easy, on time, under budget and the best part is that there were no surprises.

NuGen just got done replacing our roof from damage done during the last storm season. Looks great, and the roofers were very professional and courteous. Anthony was very helpful when we had to deal with the insurance company and mortgage company as well. I will definitely call NuGen again with any future roofing needs. Although I hope not very soon.

All of the services and products were thoroughly explained me and my family providing us all with a sense of peace with the overall process. NuGen Contractors were a God send to me and my next-door neighbor. We were previously ripped off by another roofing contractor that took our deposit and never performed any work. Anthony and NuGen stepped in and helped us out of the bad situation we were in and replaced our roofs quickly and professionally in one day..!! I would like to thank NuGen Contractors Anthony/Billy for the great work and customer service they have given my husband and I. This was the first time we have gone thru the process of filing a claim with our insurance company. Our roof was damaged during the bad hail storm Anthony helped us in getting what we needed done and what to expect. Billy came onsite to insure things was going well and that we were happy. I would refer NuGen for any contract work to my friends/neighbors. Keep up the great work!

I am very impressed by Nugen Contractors. When our roof was damaged by hail last year Nugen walked us through the whole process hand-in-hand. Our insurance company made the whole ordeal very complicated.
Anthony and Bill did all of our negotiations for us to the insurance company. We got everything done that was needed. The quality of work was excellent and their customer service was second to none. To this day NuGen stays in contact with us to make sure everything is satisfactory to us. With Anthony and Bill, not only did we get totally taken care of, but we've made some really good friends. You could trust these guys with anything.

They did a great job with replacing my roof! Very professional and easy to work with. The process of getting a new roof and working with your insurance company can be a headache but these guys made it very easy!
