Review: Nugent Associates provides testing and certification services for EPA Refrigeration Technician Certification. 81 students at S[redacted] took this exam in April of 2015. They paid $40.00 each to take the exam. We have not heard anything from Nugent Associates since early May 2015. They have not returned calls or answered email. They have taken over $3200.00 from our students and not provided test results or certificates to those who passed.
