Review: This company refinished our bathtub on 9-12-12. It carries a 10 yr. limited warranty against fading and flaking. The finish is flaking and we have phoned this company four times in the last few weeks. We have been unable to reach anything but their answering machine and have requested a return call on every occasion. We would like them to honor their warranty!Desired Settlement: We would like them to repair the finish which is under warranty.
