I have continued to reach out to the company 800.287.1938 the call either directly goes to voice message to leave a message and they will get back or directly to hold music and then the voice message to leave message and they will get back to you.
I want the unauthorized charges refunded to my account.
I'm being charged for a product I'm not receiving. They are taking money from my bank account and I can't reach anyone to stop this.
The product is a colon cleanse that I've never received. They are charging me 2 separate payments. 1 is for 89.72 and the other is 89.87 every month. I've called several times and left a message with no response. The numbers are XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX. I don't know what else to do to stop this. Please help.

I had order a product from these people and the product isn't what I ordered. I tried to call there number they can't be reached. I have be scammed.
I didn't even get the product, but they billed me right away, I tried calling the number that is on the web site. I can't get in contact. I looked this company up too my surprise I was scammed. Please stop these scam artist that do this to people. Thank you.

Company does not answer its phone or return calls. This makes it impossible to cancel future (automatic) shipments.
I received sample product for $6.97. Additional product for $89.95 will be shipped automatically if not cancelled within 30 days. Company does not answer its phone nor return messages, making cancellation impossible.
Cancellation of any further shipment of product and automatic deduction(s) from my checking account.
Business does not have a working website to cancel subscription nor do they answer their telephone. They are sending/billing for products not ordered.

In good faith, I sent for a trial package from your company in March/April timeframe. Between that time and May 22, your company charged my credit card $89.72 or $89.87 TWICE in April and once in May, for a total of THREE TIMES. Outside of the trial package, I received two subsequent packages; and eventhough I returned them both AND wrote CANCEL on the front, I was charged yet again. Your handling of this situation is at best irresponsible and quite reprehensible.
Unfortunately, I had not one but 3 medical emergencies in my family, otherwise I would've caught on to your scam much sooner. I believe I cancelled within my trial period but I have no evidence. I did however, send you 5 emails on May 21, 2019 requesting to CANCEL. Your response was to take more money on May 22 and again on June 3. Your trail is clearly defined in my PayPal account.
Even if I missed canceling during the trial period, April would have been the first month you rightly could have charged me; you sent a package that I returned in May, and you charged me twice. That's $179.59 you stole.
Then in May, you charged me another $89.72 and sent another package, and again repeated the process in June for another $89.72 and I returned it too. You owe me, minimally, $269.16; therefore, this email serves as my formal request that you refund these monies to my card on file.
I am reporting you to Revdex.com and PayPal. You've had plenty time to rectify this situation. People who run businesses like this DON'T MAKE AMERICA GREAT, but shows instead just how right the global community is to depict America as a greedy and privileged country. Shame on you.

I orered a trial of NurtriLife Keto
supplements from an ad on my cell
phone. The ad stated that you only
had to pay 6.95 S&H. As soon as my
mailing and credit card info was
entered, it came back with a
confirmation, but nothing was
stated that you would then be charged
89.87 for the bottle AND that you
would be put on a auto monthly
reorder. I recd my CC bill, and saw
the additional charge on credit
card. I also received another bottle
of the supplement in the mail on
5/14. I looked up the web site that
was listed on my CC bill (NULINFOR
SKOLIN.COM) to get a contact number.
Talked to Crystal and she said there
a statement at submit saying I agreed
to add'l charges and reorder. NEVER
SAW THIS statement. I asked for a
refund and was told since 'I had
agreed to the additional charge, and
had 15 days to cancel this agreement
and had passed that 15 day "trial"
pd', they could not refund that
amt, and could ONLY refund me 50%,
minus 15% restocking fee. I told
that I thought their ad practice
was misleading and fraudulent, and
I did NOT agree to any auto
reorders, so I didn't think I
should have to pay the additional
amt for the first bottle, NOR for
the 2nd bottle I received on 5/14.
I asked to talk to her supervisor
and Crstal came back on the phone
and said her supervisor said she
give me 65% back but would still
have to pay the 15% restocking fee.
I asked again to talk to the super
visor, and she said to wait. Crystal
was gone for abt 2.5min, then came
back and said they would give me
the full amt minus the 15% restocking
fee for the 2nd bottle sent, but
they would not give me anything for
the first bottle.
I would like to a FULL refund for the 2nd bottle AND be refunded the add'l amt that was added for the first bottle.
Hello. I have several issues with this company. Their offer was 'pay shipping only', at $6.95. As I went through the ad for their Keto weight loss product, there was NO indication that it was a 'subscription' to not only that item, but they somehow added TWO more products to the order, one 'shipping only' (the first time....) and the other at full price, $29.99. I have an allergy to one of the ingredients that I did not know was in it. I need to return it AND cancel any further orders. Attempts to call these people result in my being left on 'hold' on the phone until it disconnects. I did email them today but have not heard back from them.

Other (requires explanation) I would like a return address to send this product and a full refund(it did not even arrive with an invoice, with this information on it) AND I want to cancel any further 'orders' which I never meant to do in the first place.
I was finally able to speak to a person but in preorder to end the automatic delivery and charge for the product to my credit card I had to pay them for two of the products. I was told I would receive a confirmation of the cancellation but never did. This place was a RIP off, I urge consumers to avoid it!
