NuMale Medical offers treatment for Men's sexual health to men of all ages We offer our services to any man that qualifies for the treatment and agrees to the terms of the contracts and payments for those services Our treatments are therapeutically based on restoring the muscle in the penis and to be used regardless of sexual activity Having an individual shuffle when they walk does not preclude them from using the therapy nor would having a blind spouse In any instance where we have a health situation that could be questionable our providers will contact the patients PCP or if a PCP has any questions about our treatments they may contact our providers This patients health did not have any disqualifications and we have not been contacted by any PCP or other doctor with questions on our treatment All of our providers are licensed to see, treat and prescribe treatments and medications for our patients by all the necessary regulatory bodies in the appropriate states All of our providers have all of the appropriate credential displayed properly and make it clear what kind of provider they are We do offer a payment plan though an outside financing company to allow our patients to make monthly payments, they offer a month same as cash option to those that qualify To our understanding if the terms of those agreements are broken there are penalties and fees that would apply In this complaint it sounds like payments were missed if they are charging a late fees and interest now which is outside any responsibility of NuMale medical.The statements made by this complaint are unfounded, inflammatory and liable We will always practice within the standard of care for our patients and always choose to comply with the agreements agreed to by our patients

This place is a rip of! I have never had such bad customer service!!! the steal your money and when the product doesn't workI have never been in so much pain though my male parts where on fire for days!!!!! I'm worse now than when I went to them to begin withThey will not back it if there are issues, you are the problem not the medicationThey wont refund you even if you didn't use there services They also run your credit card so the Credit Card companies cant manually do a refund NuMale has to issue it.....SHADY They talk to you like your a fool and it,,, than claim you are not paying for the medication but for the membershipThey have a no refund policy if you order a prescription is what they tell you but come to find out they order you a script before they determine what formula you need so they lock you in to the membership!!!! What ever you do do not use them, you wont be the same person, and its not for the better!!!!!!!!
