Ms [redacted] has the Kesey Bistro Set which was manufactured by Numark Industries Although the warranty on this does cover the product, it does not include shipping which is stated within the warranty I have attached a copy of the warranty for your review As you will see, the packing is excluded Therefore when Ms [redacted] called in, she was asked to pay for the shipping for the item that she needed Unfortunately, she will not be able to pick it up at a Sears store to avoid the cost of shipping We ship everything directly to the consumer from your warehouse If you should need any further information, please let me know Sincerely, [redacted] Numark Industries 317-718-

I have received your letter on 8-20-14 and I have contacted the customer on 8-21, I have left a message on Mrs. [redacted] phone and have emailed her as well. I am waiting to hear back from her on what patio table collection she has so we can resolve this issue and get a courtesy... replacement sent out. I will touch base with another email next week if I have or haven't heard back from Mr's [redacted] . Please let me know if you need anything else from us. We received your complaint for *** *** She purchased a 7pc Harrison Dining Set which is made of steel Steel products are not warranted against rust Although
these items do have an e-coated paint, it does not guarantee that it will not rust Steel is a product that will rust if subjected to elements.
With that being said, because of the run-around that I feel Ms*** received, we are replacing the frames as a one time courtesyAn order has been placed for these and her order # is ***

Mr*** called us originally because he needed parts for his Lakewood 5pc Seating Set, specifically parts for the chair We placed an order for him on May that was delivered via *** on June He called us
that day and we realized that we had mistakingly sent him of one part (part D) instead of a D and C We therefore placed another order for him for part C that was delivered on June 16, We have not heard anything else from the customer, so we assumed he had everything that he needed for his chair If Mr*** does in fact need something else, he is more than welcome to contact me directly at 317-718-*** ***

This company only gives a run-around when it comes to customer service. I had a problem with a 3 pc Bistro set and I am told it is in the Warehouse Managers hands and so customer service cannot help me yet YOU are not allowed to speak directly with Warehouse Manager. This set was sold by Sears and it is now going back to sears as I am tired of dealing with this horrible company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The information they asked for has been provided to them on two separate occasions.  I am attaching it again.  The items may have been bought on clearance or just on sale I am not sure.  I have a copy of the warranty and no where in it does it state that the warranty is void if the items are on clearance.  I bought these chairs in good faith and trusted the warranty.  The one chair is worthless and is ruining my deck.  I want it and its cushion replaced. Thanks

At the point, the customer would need to send us a copy of their receipt in order to see if we can cover the chair under the warranty claim.  There is a 1 year warranty for certain items on this chair, but that warranty is...

void if they purchased the chair on clearance.  This product was a 2013 product and if she bought it at the end of 2014 there is a good possibility it was bought on clearance.   Please have the customer forward me a copy of their receipt, showing the purchase and I will see what I can do to assist them.  They can forward this to my email, [email protected] or send to our address: Numark P.O. Mr. [redacted] placed an order for hardware with us on April 23, 2014. Our policy for all orders is that it will take 5-7...

business days from the date of the order for the customer to receive the parts as long as it is a part that is in stock.
Mr. [redacted]'s order was shipped out of our warehouse on April 24 and delivered to his
home today. When his order was shipped, he should have received an email confirmation with his FedEx tracking #.
Unfortunately I never spoke to Mr. [redacted] and was never asked to call him although he was told I would. I called and left Mr. [redacted] a message today to ensure that he received everything that he needed, but have not heard back from him. We typically do not have communication breakdown within our office and unfortunately this was an exception.
Mr. [redacted] has received his parts and he has my direct phone number at work to call if he needs anything else.

We received the complaint from Ms. [redacted].  I have attempted to contact her via email and phone and have had no response.  I do not have a problem sending her a new tabletop, but...

I need her to confirm all her info before I can place the order.  I need to make sure the phone# we have on file is one that will be answered.  More than likely this will be delivered via FedEx Freight and they will have to call her to set up a delivery time.
 
Once Ms. [redacted] gets back in touch with me, I can place the order for her.
