What is covered under my warranty? All manufacturer defects are covered for the term of the specific warranty for the item you have purchasedPlease refer to the warranty hang tag that came with your itemPlease note that after sixty-days of purchase, shipping charges are applicable for all replacement items sent under the warranty What is not covered under my warranty? Revdex.com: all they did was send us a copy of the chair putting it together in the warranty it has nothing to do with what is wrong with my furniture setI had problems with this set three to four days after having it what kind of business doesn't want eat at products three or four days after receiving it I paid [redacted] to have it professionally set up so I did not set it up everything was sent to me and set up by [redacted] so I cannot be blamed for not putting the set together in properly and not doing proper care I kept going back from [redacted] to Newmark trying to get this situation resolved and they refused to honor their own warranties they have a defect in their furniture and they refused to take care of it and then when they said that they might take care of it they wanted me to pay all kinds of shipping fees to have it fixed how ridiculous is that please post this so all your readers could see this as well I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] ***

The information they asked for has been provided to them on two separate occasions I am attaching it again The items may have been bought on clearance or just on sale I am not sure I have a copy of the warranty and no where in it does it state that the warranty is void if the items are on clearance I bought these chairs in good faith and trusted the warranty The one chair is worthless and is ruining my deck I want it and its cushion replaced. [redacted] I emailed them countless times asking for a direct line to issue a formal complaint and was met with silence. I in fact emailed them most everyday to try to get a response. The business practices of this company are disgusting and they are flat out lying. The last email I have was from three days ago to them, this seems like back peddling from them, they can act like I never tried to complain to their superiors, but I in fact have tried numerous times to get a hold of some management.

Mr. [redacted] called us originally because he needed parts for his Lakewood 5pc Seating Set, specifically parts for the chair.  We placed an order for him on May 19 that was delivered via [redacted] on June 5.  He called us that day and we realized that we had mistakingly sent him 2 of one part...

(part D) instead of a D and C.  We therefore placed another order for him for part C that was delivered on June 16, 2015.   We have not heard anything else from the customer, so we assumed he had everything that he needed for his chair.  If Mr. [redacted] does in fact need something else, he is more than welcome to contact me directly at 317-718-[redacted].   [redacted]
