I received an email from Discover Credit Card on 11/21/advising that $9,was charged to my credit card on 11/13/ I called Discover to advise that the charges are fraudulent and to ask why it took them days to notify me I did not charge this amount to my Discover card Somebody stole my credit card number and expiration date He/she used my credit card to make this purchase A Discover representative said they are busy That's why it took days to notify me
I was advised of the name and phone number of the merchant associated with the charge It is Numarket Technologies located in Stone Mountain, GA I called and advised the man who answered the phone what I was calling about I suggested that he look through his records and cancel the transaction for $9,from 11/13/ He said he has no such transaction, as his company deals in one and two dollar items I asked to speak to a supervisor, as this is a serious issue that needs to be handled He hung up
