Number 1 Nails

Review: Went yesterday for a pedicure along with getting my 6 year old nieces nails painted. After being there an hour and a half, I left as soon as they were finished (they were not busy). I was very dissatisfied with the service as the polish was messed up, my pedicure wasn't done correctly- still leaving dead skin in tact and he caused my toe to bleed. I left to avoid conflict in front of my niece. I planned to visit the business again today to address the issues. In the meantime my nieces polish also came off of more than 2 nails. I was very disappointed and decided to stop in an speak with the manager. When I began addressing my issue the Manager told me they didn't do refunds and proceeded to work on his client, the technician whom I had the day before approached me and got in my face, almost hostile telling me I should've paid more for skin removal if I wanted it all off and they weren't giving money back because he gave me a service. I told the manager I was displeased and if I didn't receive my refund I wouldn't continue to stand there being talked to in such a manner, instead id call the Revdex.com. He then looked up at me and said I could come back another day and he would do them himself. I explained I was in a wedding tomorrow and that didn't fix my problem now, not to mention I'd never revisit due to the service or lack there of and the hostility. The manager proceeded to roll his eyes and said no refund so I thanked him and walked out. Another female employee then chased me out to my car yelling something. I went from angry to horrified with this experience.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money back as well as have someone address the attitude & hostility from employees to customers there. Customer service is a major issue and someone could easily escalate a situation like that in the future. I hope to prevent this from happening to anyone else. My $30 Pedicure and her $8 manicure would be satisfactory as a refund but knowing they can't treat others like this would be a better resolve.
