To whom it may concern,Mark Chandler first reached out to nF support on February **, 2017, in regards to canceling his account. After confirming his account details, and double checking he wanted to cancel his subscription - we went ahead and did so on February **, 2017. After canceling Mark's...

subscription, our team also refunded his most recent payment of $49.99.Mark believed there was a glitch of some kind, causing the charge to happen. We requested more information, to see if he potentially had a second account. Our team was unable to find another account with an active subscription on it.Ten days later, February [redacted], Mark reached out saying we charged him again, and never cancelled his account. We again, confirmed the subscription was canceled on 2/**/2017, and the payment of $49.99, from Feb. [redacted], was refunded.We also informed Mark that is was possible that, due to when we refunded his payment, his bank may have removed the original transaction, instead of showing a credit on his statement. We provided a screenshot confirming the refund was successful. We asked for Mark to provide us more information regarding the card, and any additional charges he may have been seeing.
