To whom it may concern,Mark Chandler first reached out to nF support on February **, 2017, in regards to canceling his accountAfter confirming his account details, and double checking he wanted to cancel his subscription - we went ahead and did so on February **, After canceling Mark's subscription, our team also refunded his most recent payment of $49.99.Mark believed there was a glitch of some kind, causing the charge to happenWe requested more information, to see if he potentially had a second accountOur team was unable to find another account with an active subscription on it.Ten days later, February ***, Mark reached out saying we charged him again, and never cancelled his accountWe again, confirmed the subscription was canceled on 22017, and the payment of $49.99, from Feb***, was refunded.We also informed Mark that is was possible that, due to when we refunded his payment, his bank may have removed the original transaction, instead of showing a credit on his statementWe provided a screenshot confirming the refund was successfulWe asked for Mark to provide us more information regarding the card, and any additional charges he may have been seeingHe did not respond to our request, and instead filed the Revdex.com compliant.Mark Chandler's numberFire subscription has been cancelled, and his February payment was refundedRegards,Jason F*SrDirector Customer Support & Strategy
