NuMe material concerns
Everyone is buying this NuMe card and nobody has wondered what about the radioactive material the card has, which can store on the bones?

I read so many positive reviews about the curling iron I purchased from NuMe on November 28thI was very excited about receiving my product before the holidaysMy account was debited four times for a product I only wanted one ofI immediately submitted a support ticket with NuMe and of the transactions were reversed within a weekI have received no order confirmation or tracking number for my purchaseI spoke with two different customer service representatives this week that submitted two different ticketsI have yet to receive any form of communication in returnI am extremely disappointed with the business practices of this company and will not be ordered from them in the future unless this issue is resolved promptly

I'm very concerned that I placed an order, received an email regarding confirmation of that order, and then logged in to my account to look at the tracking information and found that it says no order history I then went on to the business website and their facebook page to see if I can contact them There are literally hundreds of complaints about double, triple, quadruple charges, no shipments, no refunds, no responses to customer claims, fraud, no answers on the business telephone #, etc I see customers asking questions, but no responses from Nume on orders I submitted a ticket to the company asking for confirmation and tracking information for my order and then logged in later to see if there had been any progress I am unable to log in to my account now They've disabled my password This was my first experience with Nume Hoping someone can look into all of these complaints to see what is happening, if customers will receive their products, and when?

I am very disappointed with NuMe Products I will never order from this awful company ever againI had seen so many positive reviews on YouTube about them which turned out to be blatant liesThis so-called business prides itself on buying fake consumer reviews The curling set I bought is average, not much better than the Remington irons I previously owned (which are much cheaper)But my real issue is with the business practiceI am in shock that it has an "A" accreditation when so many complaints have been filedSo here is my storyI placed an order on December 4th for an item in stockI paid an astounding $for 5-day standard shipping!! I was pleased to immediately receive a confirmation, but upset when it was not until December 15th when my item was only processed! I was also charged to my credit card the day of my orderHowever, I was not made aware by NuMe that my product was not on its wayYou can imagine my disappointment when I find out it hasn't even made it to the shipping process and it's been nearly two weeks! My wife ordered from NuMe at the beginning of December. Product was supposedly in stock. Note that they charge your card as soon as you place your order, opposed to most companies that don't charge until they ship. She received an initial email, stating she will be receiving another email shortly with shipping information. 1 week goes by. Call and nobody can help. They always say "We'll open a ticket". 3 weeks, 4 tickets later, there was still NO HELP. We felt we were swindled. Then I found them on Revdex.com. They always reply to their Revdex.com complaints to maintain their A rating. So, we put in a complaint. Guess what? Product shipped the next day.

I ordered from NuMe on Black Friday. Continuously got kicked out of their "Submit Your Order" and then got charged anyway. I was charged 7 times by them, with no emails showing me I was actually charged. I only found out from my credit card company, so I put a dispute in. While trying to resolve it with NuMe, I have tried emailing, tweeting, messaging on Facebook, and creating a ticket on their website. And have not gotten a response in over a week. It is ridiculous they over charged me by $600 dollars!! Worst customer service ever.

So I ordered the 32 mm magic wand after finally finding a curling iron that works for my hair! (Fyi, I have the 25 mm magic wand; curls stay in my hair for at least 2 days. usually, they stay for about 2-3 hours MAX with probably half a bottle of hair spray and not touching them). Well, I saw that the curling iron I just used is on sale for $27 instead of the $34 I purchased it for 7 days ago (7/9/15) and they can't honor a price match. they only allow price matching within 3 days. really?! 3 DAYS?! Great deals when they have them and awesome curling irons, but obviously they don't care about their customers enough to give them a better deal on something that was ordered a week ago! I guess I shouldn't count on getting a price adjustment on something ordered 6/29/15.

I'll start off by saying that I have known of NuMe for quite sometime because my best friend purchased one of their sets a few years ago and offered nothing but praise about her purchase. I had seen the results time after time: flawless curls. So, when I was finally in the market for a curling wand myself, I without hesitation, went straight to NuMe. I was so glad to see that they had a Ciber Monday promo code available, bringing my total purchase to $37.99 (that's incl shipping!!) I purchased it immediately and was so excited.

Then, only after buying it, did I look at reviews on the company itself. I was immediately worried after reading many customers' accounts of their horrible experience with NuMe and their customer service: being double charged, receiving a faulty item, shipping taking weeks and weeks, the issues went on (including the 8 on this site-which I consider to be fairly reputable.) At that point all I wanted to do was call and try to get my money back and just purchase a wand elsewhere leaving the headache behind. However...while I can't and won't say all of those customers' reviews weren't accurate, I can say that was not my experience in the least.

Taking some initiative and doing my due dilligence, I did reach out to the customer service department after my purchase expressing my concerns, but that I was giving the company the benefit of the doubt. I received a timely response saying they were appreciative of my business and would ensure I had a pleasurable experience. I purchased my wand very late Monday night/Tuesday morning (2am) and received it by Friday (just in time for a holiday party I was attending on Saturday!) I even received another personal message from the customer service department making sure I received the shipping information once it had shipped. After reading the reviews regarding the average shipping time, I didn't even track my package at that point because I figured it wouldn't even ship until Thursday at the earliest. Imagine my surprise when I went to get the mail Friday! Of course, then I had to open it immediately and make sure everything was in working order-which it was perfect.

I am beyond pleased with my purchase and my experience with this company and I will surely use them again! Now that I have the 32mm, I need the 25mm and maybe a straightener! THANK YOU NUME!

I heard the products are good but the services is terrible. I never received a tracking number for a curling wand I ordered a week ago and when I try emailing them they send me a "ticket saying they will reply in 2 days. It's been 5 days and I am still waiting for a reply. This is ridiculous. I don't even know if it's been shipped yet or what's going on.

I am also aware of the products NUME sells and their high quality, however their customer service lacks in such quality. I understand that they have many orders, especially during this holiday and black friday season, HOWEVER, they NEED better customer service. On black friday, I placed an order in which I accidentally had a duplicate order. I did email their support team and cancel one of the orders, however in the end BOTH of my orders ended up getting cancelled. That sucked. Especially when the deal I ordered for the products was only a 24 hour thing. So my deal is gone. I have TRIED to contact NUME through their support email, their facebook, their twitter, instagram, etc and have NO response whatsoever. OH, I have also called in which I was directed to a recording machine that kept feeding me information I already knew. I especially dislike how some customers who have ordered 2-3 weeks after I did have already received their products. PRIORITIES please. I thought I would let that ordeal slide.. so I put in another order, one which I did have to spend an additional 15$ since it was not like the deal from black friday (so sad). And my order is still "processing". Its been 3 days. How long does it take to process..I dislike how once I put in an order, I am immediately charged from my bank account, even though I don't get a confirmation email about my shipping or anything. That's a bit sketchy don't you think? I've also read other customers' comments about your customer service over the phones, where the representative says inappropriate things to the caller out of frustration. Please better your customer care. I will probably most likely not be referring NUME to any of my friends or family anymore.

NuMe had advertised a promotion with two free bonuses.
I added all products to my shopping cart, with absolute intention to purchase, but refrained from actually buying as one of the bonuses (that THEY advertised through multiple mediums) wasn't discounting. I kept everything pending in the cart and wrote to customer service explaining the difficulty I've had and requesting assistance so I can followthrough. I've waited 5 days for a response (I've since followed up with them twice) and instead of assisting me with my purchase, they're waiting until the promotion expires (Valid until Oct 17/15) so they don't need to honor what they've advertised. I'm truly disappointed. I understand that promotions come and go and are subject to change, but it's unfair and unprofessional to exempt me from a promotion when a special sale price is advertised on multiple websites within the valid promotional time period.

I'm a first time buyer on NuMe but I don't think I will ever buy from them again. I placed my order on December 5 (#XXXXXXXXX), still no shipping or tracking information. And they charged me TWICE! I called Customer Service and was greeted by a bunch of stupid automated-messages. I was not connected to a real person. They said I was charged twice because I clicked on the confirmation button multiple times and it should have already been refunded.. Nope it has not been refunded and I did NOT click multiple times. I sent a ticket and it's been 5 days, still no response. They live chat "agents" also appeared to be busy all the time now. I'm very disappointed in their customer services.
