I'm sorry to hear this customer was not satisfied with their report
They were responded to at the time, but clearly did not receive our email (perhaps it was incorrectly filed in their Junk Mail folder?)
In any case, the refund was processed back on Jan 31st
While the refund was processed in a
timely manner, I do apologize for the delay in responding here; I've been away due to illness
