Review: Numrich Gun Parts sold me products that were for another product which is very hard to tell unless it is measured, used products advertised as new, took payment for parts which they did not send, and overcharged me on parts which was already paid for by adding the difference of the missing parts onto my order. The parts I did get were damaged and used in some form. Everytime I try to call them, my calls are ignored. I returned my items back to the sender and they are refusing that they received it back. I am not allowed my money back until they receive the items therefore my refund is probably never going to reach me. I have never experienced a company that rips off its customers so skillfully. There defective parts damaged my pistol and if it was installed all the way before I noticed, it could have had a catastrophic failure which could have been serious injuries. (The part is a bolt spring plunger, the part on their site is correct but when the actual part arrived it was slightly longer because it is for a different pistol.)

I have not received my refund nor do they tell me the truth. I hope to receive my refund and other customers avoid the problems I have encountered with them.Desired Settlement: Refund. $63.20 amount I was ripped off.

Review: I tried to place an order for 2 parts on 2.*.16, but when entering my billing information, I kept getting error messages. Dummy me, I tried to make sure all the information was correct, but wound up with 12! holds on my bank account for the order total. Never received any communications from Numrich, either that this would happen, or an order was in process, or receipts or confirmation. By 2.*.16, I had a negative bank balance and fees due to insufficient funds. When I tried to contact Numrich, the customer service line was busy (every time), and I spoke twice to other agents, who said I would receive calls from a customer service agent - never did. Nor did I get an apology, an assurance that my information was safe, or that they would like to make the situation right. I called again on 2.*.16, finally spoke to a customer service agent, had to give her my card number (!!!) who said that she would contact their finance department, and have the holds lifted at the end of the business day, to be processed 2.**.16. She didn't ask for my contact information, didn't ask if I would like to complete an order, and could not provide me with any confirmation of our conversation or information exchange (ie, we'll call you when it's taken care of, here's a reference number, let me email you the resolution steps). NOTHING. I have no confidence that they will take the steps stated.Desired Settlement: I would like all holds to be removed from my bank account, and all fees incurred due to insufficient to be covered by the company.
