Customer was informed before the moving job started that if there is impossible parking situation she is responsible for parking ticketsWe have signed by her agreementSituation was absolutely impossible in order to avoid parking summonsDriver was in the drivers seat and he was trying to pull out, but traffic officer stood in front of him in order to prevent him from driving away and issued the ticketThere was no any other place to park unfortunately, therefore no money is due to the customer

Ruthless people

Hello, The paperwork for the moving job  is attached to email written to [redacted].[redacted] had booked the move with us for 5.**16.Original start time was suppose to be in the afternoon. One day prior to the moving job I found out that Hoboken is going to have street closure related to of the local event happening on 5.*.16. I think it was some kind of a running competition or street fare. I don't remember exactly what it was, but I can find out if you would like me to. So I called and emailed the customer to inform.I told him that we have no choice but to start earlier, otherwise all streets in his area will be closed. He's got pretty unhappy and said that he had to attend a party night before the move and now he has to drive very early in the morning and it will be very unpleasant.I told him that we don't have many options, so he actually agreed to change the time.Movers came on time and had to wait almost an hour for the customer to show up. I called him and I had to explain him again that streets will be paralyzed and we are running out of time. He said that he was driving and he will be there soon. When he showed up I have received the phone call from my foreman. He was telling that the guy smells like alcohol and situation looks like potential trouble. What should he do? I told him to proceed with the move, but if there will be any problem he should contact me immediately. They've signed the papers and started working.We were lucky enough to get it done done right before with the street closure. Customer checked the truck at the end, papers were signed and the crew left. No problem was reported from either side to me at that time.Few hours later I have received email from the customer where he was stating that he is missing a bag of coins and golden ring. I called him and I told him that we will check the truck, but so far nothing was reported to me to be found.We have checked the truck again. Nothing was recovered. Very next day I sent him an email saying that we don't have his stuff and hopefully he will be able to find it somewhere else.He started demanding to return "stolen items" back to him. I said that I know my workers well and they are not thieves.I also told him that we are not responsible for the this type of the items (extraordinary value) according to the moving agreement. We don't pack and we don't move this kind of property.Therefore he wrote good number of reviews anywhere he could find info about our company on internet. I told him that is was absolutely wrong thing to do without having any proof and he is not a good person.He is still writing bad reviews up to this day . It's very sad, because we can't really do much in order to get protected from this type of the actions.Sincerely,[redacted]

Incorrect statement with false accusation from beginning to the end. There is no money to the customer. Movers had worked for 5.5 hrs total + 1 hr travel, which makes it 6.5 hrs x $110 = $715. Got paid only $605. Make no mistake that they were moving 2 bdr apt, an average price to move 2 brd apt...

locally is $900 - $1100. This customer paid only $605.

"Ruthless people" ??? ... exactly comments like this is the reason why no one should do business with this company. Unprofessional, rude, dishonest and a complete sg. Andrei should not be allowed to own a business and should be locked up. Period. Where is my $165??
